Big fan of BWW, food and drinks are consistently good, and service is typically good. However, last night our server, Logan, did an awful job. It took a while to get our order. Someone else brought our food, and he saw that they brought our food out to our table, but he didn't come check on us. Instead, he went to his car and stayed outside. After 8-10 minutes of waiting, I got up to ask someone for essentials. When he finally came, he asked if we needed anything, maybe some lids for our sauces... but we had literally just taken our first bite. I asked for hot sauce, and he never brought it out. Instead, he brought a to-go box. I ordered one tall Wild Herd, but instead, they brought me out two within 5 minutes of each other... at that point, I just didn't say anything since the person who brought it out wasn't even our server, Logan. If he had spent more time being attentive than being outside socializing and being on the phone, then he would have deserved a tip, but he honestly did a very poor job serving.
I had a terrible experience at Buffalo Wild Wings on both my daughter’s 10th birthday and Mother’s Day. Coming to this restaurant was one of the things my daughter really wanted for her special day, and sadly it ended up ruining the end of our celebration.
It was me and my three kids — ages 10, 8, and 5. After we ordered our food and drinks, I needed napkins while we were eating. I couldn’t find our male server, so I politely asked a female server nearby. As soon as I said “Excuse me,” she immediately walked away into the back. I assumed maybe she had something urgent to do.
Then I noticed another female server cleaning a table nearby, so I said, “Excuse me, ma’am.” She turned toward another table and acted like she didn’t hear me. At that point, I started realizing what was happening. I tried speaking louder so she couldn’t ignore me again, but she still ignored me. Finally, I had enough and loudly said that I needed napkins. She brought them over and threw them onto our table without saying a word.
After that attitude, when she walked away, I told my children not to eat the mozzarella sticks because the food had not arrived yet and I no longer felt comfortable.
Later, I finally saw our male server and told him I wanted to cancel the mozzarella sticks. He said okay and asked if I needed a to-go box, which I declined. But about a minute later, someone else still brought the mozzarella sticks to our table, and I had to explain again that I had canceled the order.
Because of the way we were treated, I did not leave a tip — and this was the first time in my life I have ever chosen not to tip at a restaurant.
I honestly do not expect anything to change, because based on many other reviews, it seems like this kind of treatment happens often there.
This was not my first time at Buffalo Wild Wings. I used to go back when the Greenville downtown location was open, and the staff there were always kind and welcoming. We always tipped generously.
Now? There are too many other restaurant choices out there.
This was definitely my last time. Bye.
5/3/26. Got here at 530pm. Of 23 tables, they had 6 tables filled. There were 7 servers standing around the glass door to the patio talking. There were 2 others actually helping the people seated. Only 1 table was occupied on the patio. My family waited 10 minutes for a seat. I asked hostess what was wrong and she said they had a server shortage. 2 of the 7 were leaving and they were waiting for others to show up. I told the hostess about the 7 servers standing around and that's when she said 2 were leaving. I said 5 were still there. She didn't know what to say. She knew she was busted. She never looked at me tr he rest of the time I was in the restaurant. Needless to say the servers disappeared. I mean freaking invisible. They were scarce the whole time I was seated. Anyway we were seated and Ashlin《?) took our order. 4 burgers and a couple of wings orders. Food came fairly quickly. Wings and burger were OK. Nothing to brag about. Ashlin was OK waitress. She kept up with drinks alright. If we wanted boxes to go or utensils, we got our own. Desserts were nothing special and we ordered them as soon as our meals arrived. And they still took about 30 minutes to serve. The chocolate chip cookie with ice cream was over cooked. Cheesecake was fair at best. I've had better at Outback, Longhorns and other places. Looking at other reviews, this is not the first time a customer has noticed this same type of pitiful service. I can promise I won't be bringing my family back again.

Tried to eat at Buffalo wild wings in Greenville. Went in to a line of unhappy people because of the wait when the restuarant was basically empty. No one was greating people as they came in and finally after waiting 10 mins an employee that had been standing at the waiting area finally leans across the counter to say its probably a 30+ min wait to be seated. Everyone left and this is not first time this has happened. Food is good but service is horrible.

The service was horrible a bunch of dirty tables and a line and nobody paying attention to us had to ask for drinks like 10 times we were here around 7-8pm Saturday 4/25/26 it was absolutely horrible. No acknowledgment dirty tables bad service and the serves just talking it up at the stand. This is ridiculous.
