    I visit this place often but lately I've been experiencing the worst costumer service. We went there last night to eat after bike night and we were 10 people, empty tables everywhere and they told us we needed to wait 10 mins and making us feel like we needed to go somewhere else. We waited they kept ignoring us. At some point my daughter was choking and I asked the hoss to sell me a bottle of water for my daughter and this girl 🙄 she remove the sign where it says wait to be seated and she was trying to put it back and completely ignored me I kept asking her for the water until I decided to just grabbed it and help my daughter. I kept asking her to charge me for the water and she got upset. We paid for the water and left because they never gave us a table. I love the food but this place needs a new management.

    So stingy with their ranches I ordered a bunch of wings, carrots, and celery. They gave me one little ranch. Are we serious?

    We ordered food to go and was told it would be 20-25 minutes so we waited at the bar and got a drink. After 35 minutes our food finally came out. It was not only cold but disgusting. Bathrooms were also so unclean.

    Okay, this is for the manager Amber and for corporate or any other managers that need to see this. I went to this restaurant on Game 5 for the NBA, and the line was out the door. none of the hostesses were seating anybody or saying anything. There were 28 empty tables and only 14 tables were occupied. The line wasn't moving and people were leaving constantly because nobody was communicating why we were standing around waiting in line to be seated, even though there were so many empty tables. I finally went up and asked the hostess what was taking so long, and she was annoyed that I was asking the question, but she told me that the manager would not allow anybody to be sat because they were understaffed. As somebody who has worked in restaurants before and my husband used to be a manager of a restaurant before we moved, we had systems in place to take care of this so that way we didn't lose a lot of business. I don't understand why they didn't come up with a system to be able to seat people and make sure that people understood that they were understaffed and ask them to be patient rather than making people stand in line without any communication. Come up with a number order and have people at least sit down so you're getting people in the door, but I saw hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of dollars walk out that door because nobody knew what was going on. The hostesses were quite rude. they were annoyed at me asking any kind of questions, even though I was just asking questions. I wasn't trying to be rude to them. Finally, when I did get seated, the server Christina was amazing. Even though it was busier, she was not flustered at all. she did a great job. She made sure our drinks were filled, and she did a really good job maintaining, and we're very impressed with her and left her a large tip for her service. The food also was incredibly dry that it was crispy, and it was just not a good, it was not a good experience other than the server. Thank you.

    Went inside and waited 10 minutes while employees stop around chatting. There were several people in line and the place wasn’t busy 9:50 pm on a Sunday evening. I wanted to place a takeout order. Got tired of waiting so I went online and placed the order. I put asap and after I paid it gave me a 45 minute wait time. So I went out to my car and came back in after 40 minutes. Come to find out my food had been ready for awhile because it was lukewarm. I got no notification on my phone that it was ready. It wasn’t even being kept in a warm place. Just sitting on a shelf. You need a better system so people don’t spend money for cold food.
