  Came in for Sunday lunch. We came in at 2:10. The service was incredibly slow. 30 mins passed an we still didn’t get our appetizer. The entrees came in close 3:00 (50 min after we arrived!) We told the server we didn’t get we still didn’t get the soups and the bang bang shrimp appetizer. She apologized and looked at the order and said she didn’t hear us. She definitely heard us but must have forgot. She specifically asked us about appetizers when she brought out our drinks. Our son is crying at the this point because he was very hungry. Did nothing to fix the situation. It is very disheartening, my husband loves the food here. But the service has been extremely slow, makes me think twice if we would come back. Spent over $200. Gave the check and again we were waiting, waiting and just left cash at this point. Extremely slow! I from time to time did critiques for restaurants, and time was a big factor. There’s time limits for getting drink order in, appetizers out, entrees, etc. I can’t imagine their time limits are this long.

  We enjoy dining at Bonefish. You get good service and great food. It always arrives to the table piping hot, seems easy but it's not the norm at most establishments. I love the variety of choices and the ever changing specials. The menu doesn't disappoint. The drinks are delicious and there is something for everyone. We will continue to stop in often.

  I've been to several locations of this chain restaurant and came away disappointed here. The Imperial Dip appetizer ingredients broke or separated leaving pools of unappetizing translucent orange oil, the garlic whipped potatoes were not light and whipped, but overly thick, similar to modelling clay. Parmesan crusted trout was thin, overcooked, very dry yet oily, and resembled a roof shingle. Premium (extra charge) side grilled asparagus was overcooked, burnt, and salty. The thin stalks look nothing like the website image of plump, nice green stalks. The restaurant temperature was uncomfortably low for a short sleeve shirt. I know Bonefish can do better. The house cab and margherita met my expectation. Overall, a wasted $125 meal.

  Participated in the Bourbon cocktail pairing dinner. It was absolutely fabulous! The cocktails were on point with high quality ingredients. The food was awesome. Oysters, shrimp, Scallops and cheesecake doesn't get better than this. The staff was friendly and efficient. Adjustments were easily made for dietary needs. 10 out of 10 experience.

  We New to town the state have an excellent location for food and cocktails 🍸 always pack we decided to check it out this good place after church lunch because you know the quality or service is not going to change don’t forget to sign up for the account earn awards towards your next meals we decided to get rainbows trout less bones more meat and the premium sides, which is an additional charge because the fish comes with signature sides, which is like a dollar to two dollar charge per item. I like how I wait to offer our side sauces to go with our meals, which I love sauce the one I chose was more of a vine curler like sauce, which I feel with pair well with the fish the baked macaroni and cheese was really good. It kind of use a little bit more seasoning. I love their asparagus, so flavorful my youngest got the lobster tail and french fries and he was satisfied, and my daughter got her steak cooked medium, and it was perfection very flavorful and juicy my husband and I ordered a cocktail. I got the French 75 spritz and my Husband or ordered the Jefferson smoke old-fashioned which was like a hit in our last location in Virginia. They made really good cocktails. Husband said it was OK. It was made well and the proper glass with the proper ice and smoke. My French 75 Spritz champagne was strong more than a lemon side, which was really good and strong also we decided to try a dessert we got the cheesecake presentation wise. It could’ve been better didn’t look like the picture that was on the table. They also had crème brûlée but I believe they put a mango on there so I didn’t try it. Usually when you make signature desserts you know the taste that you are going to get sometimes if you get too much out of the box, it takes away the signature dessert the ambience is stunning love the decor. Bathrooms were very clean. Plenty of parking parking is free altogether with $10 off due to signing up to the app. Our mail came up to $150 with everything which is not bad for lunch for a family of four this is a good place also for date night we used to do date nights at bonefish in Virginia all the time we learned that their main location is in Florida. That was their first building in the business so that’s good to know when we’re visit in Florida to look for it. The service was 10 out of 10 every time I come to Bon the fetch the service is always intentional when you don’t have to look for your waiter they are constantly coming around and meeting your needs which makes you feel relaxed and able to enjoy the meal and always love service that are very knowledgeable about the menu because it’s a large Menu so it helps speed up the process of ordering. This is more of the fine dining side so for those that like that type of dining, I would say come check it out at night when everything is lit up beautifully in the dining room.
