  Tried to call them to ask a simple question and they us AI and it’s absolutely horrible. Now I’m not supporting them because they use AI.

  A few months ago I would have rated 5 stars, we love 7 Brew and come almost every Sunday after church as it’s like a little date morning for my husband and I, but recently our drinks have been consistently wrong. We understand it’s crazy busy but it’s getting hard to want to go spend money when our orders are taken as one thing and we are constantly handed something that is incorrect. I do think encouraging employees to double check and slow down some would help with this. I often order dairy free drinks due to some sensitivities and have been handed dairy drinks a lot recently. We want to keep supporting just hoping some slow downs and double checking can occur!

  Always friendly, always efficient. I know that foofy coffee drinks are the rage - and they do it well. But they haven't forgotten the basics. They turn out a great cup of basic coffee and are one of the few places around that can satisfy my desire for an afternoon decaf skim latte! Bravo!

  The woodruff rd experience is much better than my experience at the other location. Friendly staff and excellent customer service. They actually made it exactly how I wanted. Highly recommend.

  Atmosphere and energy is frenetic! But they are VERY patient in helping you decide what to get if you don't have a favorite or haven't been there before. The drinks are VERY VERY sweet! Cannot stress that enough. We got "regular" and our cold/frozen drinks were way to sweet. We will try "less sweet" versions next time and see. They have lots of options in sugar free syrups, too. Our order came out of the frenzied "hub" wrong but was quickly remade. The kids working there are all very polite and pleasant. It's like a caffeinated Chick-fil-A. Lol. Flavors of the drinks were really great ( despite the excessive sugar). The drive thru was 20 cars deep so we just walked up and we're greeted by a super nice young man with a tablet to take our order. He was very patient with our indecisive ways! This was our first visit and we would certainly go back...just wiser about sweetness levels! Give them a try, it's great coffee!
