  Tuesday 9/1 Service This location used to be good but it’s gon down hill. Most of the employees don’t even drink the coffee so when you have questions about the drinks they get stuck. They don’t know and I doubt they even drink the drinks. No menus in the drive through so the employee walk up to your car and get attitudes cause your want to look at you phone menu or social media to see what’s featured or new to order. Every coffee drink I get taste the same and they have the audacity to not fill my cup up of the size drink I ordered. Tell me who’s going to tip when most of them don’t know what drink your trying to order or what’s in the drink and rush you through an order, esp when they walk up with a snarky attitude because I asked a question?!

  I go to this 7brew a lot and most of the time my orders are correct… went to try the apple butter chai and they gave me chai with mocha and Caramel it seems. I asked the lady if she was sure this was my drink..

  DO NOT ORDER FROM THE APP! I ordered from the app and waited longer than I would have if I went through the drive thru. I literally watched people pull up after I stood there watching bees sit on a pile of rags which was pretty cool get their drinks before me and I did that to avoid being late to a meeting and guess what 😂😂 that planned failed

  This is for 7 brew that just opened in Simpsonville; they don't have a google review yet--- i know ya'll just opened and all and I like music too but your volume is at 7 levels of hell for 8:30 in the morning. people are still waking up. read the room; you're in suburbia with town homes directly across the street, not the beach and not main street college town.
