  This coffee shop is causing a dangerous traffic condition where the left lane on Woodruff rd is blocked waiting to turn into Walmart. You all better figure your traffic issue out or you should be held liable for any traffic accident.

  Visited the store 5/9/26 around 5:20pm followed signs that says go to shortest line well we got skipped over and order was not taken got up to the cashier told him about it and he was very nice went inside and told them to make our drinks because we were waiting I feel like they rushed and didn’t even get the order right…. My lid was not on all the way so as I was mixing the cold Foam and milk the drink spilt everywhere in the car…. Not a great experience!! I absolutely love 7 Brew but this was the worst experience ever

  I love this place. Never a bad experience and with so many options the drink possibilities are endless. There is literally something for everyone. Sorry for the sun but this is one of my favorites in the picture

  I believe if you order one of the sugary, heavily sweetened and iced drinks here, perhaps you get something half decent. But a basic americano is too complicated for this establishment. Either they use powdered, instant espresso and water it down way too much, or they just give you plain coffee and call it an americano. Either way, I went to 7brew tonight for the first time and ordered a medium hot americano. They handed the drink to me so quickly so at first I was impressed by the efficiency, but then I took a sip as I was driving away and it was just… gross. It tasted worse than a watered down plain black coffee from a 7/11. It was the weakest, most diluted, watery flavored coffee I’ve had in a while and also tasted stale. I don’t know how else to equate it than it tasted like drip coffee from your office coffee pot that has sat out all day on the warming pad. Just bad.

  I don't normally purchase coffee from 7Brew, and was recently reminded of why. I ordered a medium plain black coffee, but was given a latte instead. After bringing it to the attention of the employee I had another employee insult my intelligence by asking me "what do you mean by black coffee? Because some people do not know what black coffee is", and so, after removing my lid from the cup to show her that I indeed did NOT have a black coffee she immediately began to apologize. I've been drinking plain black drip coffee for years, I think I know what a black coffee is.
