  Very disappointing. Cappuccino tastes burnt, cups half empty. Go elsewhere for real, good, coffee. Skip this place. Overpriced for fast coffee, which is what it is.

  Today was the 4th or 5th time I have ordered a drink from here and its tasted like someone put dish soap in my drink. I order the same drink every day and majority of the time its perfect but the last few weeks this has repeatedly happened and the one time I had the time before work to say something and have it remade I was looked at and spoken to like I was lying and then the drink, that was remade by the same person, also tasted like someone put dish soap in it but by that point I was going to be late for work so I said it was fine and left. I didnt say anything today because I didn't want to be spoken to like that again and I didn't want to be late for work but im really disappointed and I had several people try my drink and they all said it tasted like dish soap. I have tried to be nothing but kind and polite every time I have come through and I'm just sad this keeps happening especially when I'm spending $7+ just to throw it down the drain. Several people I work with also got coffee from this same location this morning and their coffees were fine so I don't know why this keeps happening to me. Except that one person everyone else I have spoken with is absolutely lovely at this location and if it weren't for this repeatedly happening and the rude worker I would be giving 5 stars.

  The drinks are always good and come out in a timely manner. The employees are always kind and polite.

  Whenever I see a 7 Brew I stop by... Went with the large Iced Tuxedo mocha ... DELICIOUS 😋

  First time trying this business. I didn’t like the rudeness of the staff. It seems like the workers were prioritizing socializing outside instead of taking orders when there was a long line. The workers were huddled in a group laughing and socializing while customers were waiting. Only a few workers were actually working and looked frustrated and angry. I paid $10 for something that was melted when I got it and was missing the ingredients I paid for. The employee who took my order didn’t ask for my phone number either to get the rewards and of course, they do not give you a receipt. I had to ask for the price of the drink while ordering they just expect you to tap your card without being told the price and then it asks for a tip. Never coming back. My melted smoothie was mediocre. I go to Woodruff Rd location and had amazing experience .
