  Bro had us waiting in the drive thru for over 40 mins for a mobile order i placed 10 mins prior and it was like 6 items. there was at least 4 ppl i saw at the drive thru window that’s ridiculous

  Atleast 50% of the time the meat has an awful smell and taste to it. And 50% of the time it taste normal 🎰

  Ordered 4 Fresco style soft grilled chicken tacos (no sour cram no cheese) got a beef fresco. Alright... so this is after waiting 30 mins in the drive thru. Go back in they remake chicken ones..... that are not fresco.... will not come back. Got a refund. Oh how far taco bell has fallen.

  I ordered online to pick up outside. Twenty minutes went by.It said my order was ready for pickup. I sat there for 25 minutes outside. Went in my order wasn't ready at all. So the nice girl behind the counter said, it's not ready yet sir im so sorry. I waited 35 to 40 minutes for my order after that. In the young girl's defense, it wasn't her fault. There was a man there, young boy we will say, I kept dropping stuff. And kicking it underneath The stainless steel food boxes everything. That kind of disgusted me. At 1 point, it looked like he was gonna pick it up. The food.... i will not be back. And the young girl did handout two coupons to everybody that was there inside that was waiting patiently.For a free taco. She needs a raise
