  The customer service sucks at this location. There was nobody available at the front counter. When I saw a staff member, she just looked at me with no acknowledgement. Then she came to the counter and just stared at me. She finally asked what can she help with. I told her that I just needed to order. She took my order and just walked away. I went to the bathroom and came back. She just kept yelling out that she had to call out my order for like 10 minutes. Which that was not needed and was not 10 min. The worse customer service that Sonic can have. Inside of the restaurant, it was dirty and several areas on the floor with puddles of water. The floor was sticky and dirty. Losing hope for this location.

  Service rating was lower but another staff member came out and genuinely apologized. We ordered ice cream that was as showing on the screen as progressing and then it disappeared. Waited about 5 minutes and pressed the button for help. Her coworkers left without bringing all the items out. Fries were not fresh or worth eating.

  Went here to order tonight, got told she wasnt ready to take our order, which is fine. This girl came on the speaker and said “I told you to hold on, and you said yeah so i thought you heard me, im not ready yet” 💀, i was flabbergasted that sonic lets their employees talk to people like this.

  I asked for a plain cheeseburger and got whatever this bullshit is. They just threw all this shit in a box that’s wild.

  Food was good for a Sonic but the issue is the atmosphere outside. I am all for car shows, bike shows and the Second Amendment but when you are waiting in the drive through, and the bike owners are acting like OGs with their high points strapped to them it is not a very inviting atmosphere, especially if you have younger family. I am not here to preach and again I truly respect the privilege to carry, but act like you are worthy of that privilege. Just saying be cautious.
