  I would Give them all negative zero's if I could every time we go and order hamburgers they give us cheeseburger!!!!!!!++ Not like you're doing rocket science how hard is it to get a hamburger right and then to be rude on top of it WORST location ever !!!!!! 8 people standing around No one at all in line and they still get it wrong every single time do not care the customer order has paid for just throw it all in the trash

  THIS MCDONALD'S NEEDS HEEEEEELP!!! At night you are in the drive thru for like 1 hour before even paying to get your food. Tonight the manager tells us that she can't take our order inside and that we have to go back outside in the drive thru, but yet we were sitting at the speaker for 24 min and no one even said hello even after beeping the horn. Both lanes were just sitting in silence. With 3 cars waiting at a window with no one there serving them. MIND YOU The manager (short thick black women) is just sitting in the lobby at a table staring at her phone, a young male employee (black male with dreads) just sat at another table staring at the mop that he was holding as if it was talking to him or about to sprout legs and walk away, another young black female employee was just standing in the lobby daydreaming, and I don't know who or if anyone was even behind the counter. So now I had to take my kids down Goose Creek the other McDonald's and YOU KNOW WHAT; their drive thru is actually moving. If I could have gave a negative star they would get a negative 3star.

  McDonald's was okay, food-wise, and I appreciated how quickly it came out. But the service was super depressing. Everyone looked miserable, and it brought the whole experience down. Definetly would be a top tier experience if a worker just put a smile on their face

  It's a clean McDonalds, the servers were very direct but not Bubbly. The food was out quick and hot. The restaurant was really clean, it had a clean bathroom. For a McDonald's I would say it's pretty good
