There was a worker making the bowls and she had pink hair, making my bowl she had the worst attitude ever. Sounding and looking annoyed. She messed up on my bowl then stared at me for a good 10 seconds like if it was my fault. She then made my new bowl and just dumped everything in there while clearly being mad. I was so shocked and even said her attitude was crazy then another customer agreed with me. Other workers were nice my only problem was her and her attitude because it was just unacceptable. Worst experience

Every now and then I can understand but 9 out of 10 times they are empty and refuse to make more. Tonight I politely asked the person making the order in line and thy young lady at the counter if she would ask the manager to make more since it's only 8:20pm and they close at 11:00pm and she did but the manager refused to!?!?All of them were completely out and I usually drink the Berry Fresca when it's available BUT IT'S NEVER AVAILABLE?? I could see if it was an hour before closing or so but you have 2.5 hrs left to be open and people are still walking in the door, so that means people will still want to drink those more than likely. Again, this is a REGULAR ISSUE at this location!! The fact the the manager said she/he didn't want to make more because it would get thrown out is crazy because that's your job and apart of your customer service?? You have a cooler that you can put it in at closing since that's where you get it from in the 1st place correct?? Definitely not a good look and happens often here & the small things make a difference to the public and REFILLING A DRINK MACHINE ISN'T A STRETCH!!! DO BETTER GOOSE CREEK LOCATION!!!!! ALL OF THESE AWFUL REVIEWS SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES‼🤬🤬🤬
