  Went here right before they closed and it was packed. Hours say close at 11 but they closed at 10!

  Since they cut down on their portions, i've stopped going.But the food has always been good.There and have never had anything but great service

  Absolutely incompetent. I placed my order through the app in hope staff could read, spoiler, they cannot. I asked for four things in my bowl; rice, steak, mild salsa (extra), cheese (extra). I received rice, five pieces of steak, a sprinkle of salsa and no cheese. It’s one thing to order extra and not get much extra, it’s another to get less than you would if you requested a regular amount. If I wanted plain white rice, I would have stayed home and made it. The last time I ordered I went inside the store in hopes the staff could listen, spoiler, they could not, I asked for cheese and got two large ladles of sour cream that I didn’t ask for. The staff making the bowl had headphones on and was clearly could not hear properly. There is zero satisfaction with this entire location.

  We went on 4/30 at about 4:40 in the evening. The place was fairly empty, employees were standing around doing nothing, meanwhile the line where all the food is kept was absolutely nasty with food all over the place and the food that was out did not look eatable. It was so bad, we walked out without ordering anything. If this is the best service that can be provided, the owner needs to fire everyone and hire a crew that cares. If not, close the place down!

  I came here on 04/12 at about 10p as I was ordering specifics for my bowl the young lady asked me if I’d like full serving of chk/pk at first I said yes and then I stated I’d like to half pk and whole serving of chicken. The youn lady looks me in my faces and says “you do still have to pay for both proteins even if you get half of both” assuming I wanted to only pay for just one when if she heard me correctly she would have heard what I had asked for. It was truly distasteful and demeaning why would you assume I was expecting anything for free. Is it because I’m ????
