  I placed an order at 446 pm on Wednesday july 29, 2026 for delivery and after an hour passed, then food tracker still showed the food was still being prepared, so I called customer service and they said my order was canceled then transferred me to the store. The gentleman that answered the phone said their delivery driver wasn't in yet so thats why my order was canceled yet I would've never known if I hadn't called. I went back online to place my order for carry out, upon arriving at the store at 630 pm, a young lady looked up at me then continued what she was doing when I walked in. She never give me a few minutes ma'am, nothing smh, which is poor customer service. She finally came over to the counter when another customer walked in and I proceeded to tell her that customer service skills needs improvement because ignoring customers until you finish your task without letting them know you'll be with them in a few shouldn't be acceptable. I spoke with the manager whom I know by face because I've picked up several door dash orders at this location last year and never had any issues until today. He explained they were a little overwhelmed with orders which is understandable but customer service still needs improvement and communication would've avoided this bad review.

  Ordered pizza, afterwards the app repeatedly said it was “in the oven” over the span of waiting when initially said twenty minutes for the order, after an hour the one who ordered the pizza called and got told we were third in line and that the app was just letting us know “how long it would take for it to cook and be ready”. Despite the app saying it was “in the oven” the representative, who was very polite during the conversation, calmly told us the the pizza had yet to be put in the oven as we were third in line.. after an hour had passed, we just decided to cancel the order. Would’ve given this two stars or one, but this might be an app issue or communication in between. Again, representative was very calm and polite so customer service was good and he politely cancelled the order
