  Yesterday was the first time I actually just said “screw this” and left my cart with a few things in it and walked out They definitely prioritize “Togo” orders and it shows. They got those big carts to load up the bags for them and they’re constantly getting in the way of customers. The first strike yesterday was a young girl wheeling that big Togo cart around like it was the Grand Prix. She comes up on my side as I’m heading to the meats and says “excuse me”, wheels it around and literally stops it blocking my path to talk to another associate. I said “excuse me, you’re blocking my way”. She looked at me, giggled and continued talking to the other associate. Strike 2 was another associate with an empty cart arranging the dressings. Had the cart fully in the middle of the aisle so no one could move down. I said “excuse me.” He looked at like I was a 3 headed monster. Didn’t say anything. Just stared. So I had to love the cart myself to get through. He then acted offended I did that. Strike 3 was when I wa steady to check out, get to the front and yet again, only 2 registers open and a line of people at each one. Don’t say you’re “short staffed” when I literally couldn’t get through the store without bumping into an associate not really doing much of anything except being rude. I noticed some managers laughing and socializing by customer service tho… I left my cart, walked out, and went to IGA.

  Poor service, always out of stock, dirty store, rude employees, environment appears unsafe.

  I get racist vibes from this store. Like people staring me down and following me and think I don’t notice. It’s honestly pathetic at this point. I was about to put all of my stuff back and walk out
