  I went in today Sat 16th, 2026 at 12 noon to get a couple dozen. There was a worker sitting at the table outside beside the front door on her phone. We I entered to doughnut area the manager was sitting at a table to the right on her phone. After standing there for a few minutes, I asked the manager "is anyone working ?" She looked up from her phone and stated " oh I don't know where any of my workers are. She came over to wait on me, I asked if they had any of the original and orange cream doughnuts. She stated no, all they had was in the case. They were 3 flavors in the case, it was almost completely empty. I turned around and left. This happens alot at this location. They just need to close.

  It's Krispy Kreme! Even during bike week it was yummy! No frozen shipped in doughnuts from dd for me.

  We just left the store at about 7:20 pm and the black lady at the drive through window was the most hateful woman I have ever came across. She evidently hates her job. She was very rude when placing my order and when I got to the drive-through window I decided to change my order from a half a dozen to a dozen, and she rolled her eyes at me and told me whatever. I told her she didn’t have to be so rude and she stopped and put her hand on her hip and gave me a dirty look. She threw our boxes of donuts on the counter. And slammed my change in my hand. She definitely needs to be fired! She does not need to be working in the public. I hope management sees this because I am writing corporate about this.

  I just had a DoorDash order from this Krispy Kreme, and only half of it showed up because the store told the Dasher that I didn’t have a coffee order and totally didn’t give me my other box of donuts so not only now do I have to send my Dasher back to get the other half of my order but I had to call Krispy Kreme and tell them that they messed up. This is unprofessional and should never happen. How do you not have half of somebody’s order prepared and ready to go unbelievable.

  I live in Georgia and was in Myrtle Beach for training, have been to several Krispy Kreme's across America, even with the heavy flow of traffic and a few not so happy about life customers, the service and professionalism of the crew was amazing. Thank you.
