Blonde haired girl running the front at 8:45 is rude. I mean most the staff is but she gives off a bad vibe like the customers shouldn't be here. Kinda thinking she shouldn't be here lol 😆

Dislike using kiosk to place orders since we need seedless buns, and that is not an option. Person at counter wasnt thrilled and then accidently put 6 BIG Macs instead of just 3, no seeds. Didn't realize bill too high until after I paid, because I ordered for 5 people. Glad I discovered error, for a $17.50 credit!
Somehow though, BIG Macs not what they used to be, haven't had one in several years.
Drive thru just a bit ago. Order came to 6.26. Handed girl a 10 and the 26 cents. Handed us back $1 and a penny. Called her on it. No apology. We were out of 1s. Got our $3.
What a joke

3. Build "Professional Distance"
If you find yourself at this specific McDonald’s often, you don't need to be their friend, but you do want to be the "easy" delivery driver who doesn't cause them stress.
The "Silent" Approach: When you walk in, say a polite "Hi, I'm here for [Name]." If they say they are busy/behind, just say, "No worries, I understand you're swamped. I'll just wait over there." Then, go stand away from the counter and keep to yourself.
The Benefit: By being the calm, low-maintenance person in the room, you are less likely to be treated with hostility. Sometimes, workers will actually prioritize getting your food out faster just to get you out of their hair, simply because you weren't an additional source of pressure.
4. Decide If It’s Worth It
If this location is always like this, you have to decide if it’s a "Do Not Fly" zone for you.
If you find that your completion rate is taking a hit or you are losing significant money by waiting there, it might be better to simply decline or immediately unassign orders from that specific location as soon as you see them pop up.
Your time is your primary asset. If a store is a consistent "money pit" because of their staffing issues, it is a perfectly sound business decision to stop going there entirely.
