  Always out of items and forgot to give me chicken! That is 2 say for 15$ they gave 4 pieces(cubes) of chicken . Not worth the money. Corporate or the Proprietor needs to make a visit and tell them they need to give better portions are they won’t last here long. I called and complained. I won’t be going for a while!

  idk who yall had working in the kitchen today around 5:30 but this rice salty as hell. i’m physically biting into salt particles. then half the bowl be rice like this is not okay !

  First off, the service was terrible. The bigger brown skin woman mid-40s working the line with the ponytail was rude and the portions were ridiculous. I come to this location all the time and have never had an issue until now. I got two bowls. My chicken bowl barely got HALF a scoop, and the chicken wasn’t even cut properly. Then my steak bowl was AGAIN barely half a scoop. I asked for more and she said it would be double. When she gave me double, it literally looked like a normal portion. If you’re running out, refill it?? Don’t give me half a portion and charge extra for a normal amount. LAZY! And the chips were terrible. I had to return them THREE TIMES because they tasted stale, like they were mixing old chips with new ones. Paid for two full meals and got half-assed portions and stale chips. Definitely not worth what I paid.

  Took 10 min until the one person working could help us, but then the chips tasted like they were 3 days old and the meat could be the same. I should have believed the 3.1 stars.... Garbage

  Came in at 5 didn’t get out of there until 6. There was no white rice, dried up bottom of the barrel pinto beans, no fajitas other than shriveled up looking worms .. no queso! The black beans were also lacking but not as bad as the pintos omg. They got the white rice cooking had to wait 20 mins for that but then there was still no beans ! I waited over 30 mins finally got to be served and tell me why there was still no pintos ? Paying $27 for two burritos I expect idk decent food in them! I had to ask for some of the fresh guac mind you she already had it out .. the guac that was there had all kinds of food in it just gross . The manager proceeds to argue saying I was only waiting for rice no mam I was waiting for beans too and even then I shouldn’t have to argue about yalls basic standards as an assembly line of food .. she told me earlier she couldn’t get things from the back line to give to the front I told her I didn’t ask about that but I guess the dude made it seem that way after she looked at the tray of dried up beans she was like “oh yea when it’s empty we change it ..” the dude made it seem like I was being problematic .. but no . she proceeds to get the beans cooking but anyway people left behind me after they saw the food left there .. She got beans from the back to get me out the door . 🚪 I came in before the dinner rush but it seems like they prioritize the back food line for to-gos while slacking the front line
