I could barely eat everything last time, this time the tray was considerably smaller portion. With no drink and queso topping promo for my birthday it still cost me $12! Maybe it was because the end of the night and everything was about wiped out. Not enough to not comeback for lunch, just not for dinner.

Paid $20 for double meat and multiple meats and had other customizations and they gave me a bowl with rice and chicken and nothing else. It looks like a child sized serving. Drove 30 mins round trip on my way to work so unable to go back and they gave me an order worth half of what I paid and I can’t even get them on the phone to attempt to get a refund or a credit for the money I spent. They seal the bag so driving a vehicle I assumed my order was accurate rather than trying to unseal a bag while driving. Got all the way to where I was going and got a $10 meal and paid $20 and it’s got nothing like what I ordered. Ridiculous.

The food wasn’t very fresh, and my meal was barely warm by the time I got it. The restaurant also needed attention—tables weren’t clean, and the dining area looked neglected. On top of that, the service felt rushed and unfriendly. It seemed like customers were more of an inconvenience than a priority. I usually enjoy Chipotle, but this location didn’t live up to the brand’s reputation. I hope management addresses the food quality, cleanliness, and customer service because I won’t be coming back until things improve.
