Their ticket system was backwards so people who just ordered got their ticket to the top and people like me who had been waiting 30 minutes had my order at the very bottom of their list. We had to go inside to get them to actually make our food. I will never go to Bojangles again and certainly won’t pull forward any longer. They can lose points for having me at their window for more than 2 minutes if it’s gonna take more than 2 minutes to get my food.
