When I pulled up to order, the speaker was completely run by AI. I asked it a question so I would know how to proceed with my order. Instead of answering me, it started the order. I cancelled and pulled up to the window to speak with a human and was met by an extremely rude girl and understood immediately the need for AI to do the job at this location. I just pulled away and went to the Bojanles on Floyd Baker where I was greeted by a pleasant person who answered my simple question without the attitude and the experience was far better.
