The automated drive through completely sucks and I won't be coming back. In fact, if I pull up to any drive through and they have automated IVR for a drive through greeter, I'm leaving. IVR is stupid for any kind of food service that's not just a bunch of premade stuff. If you have questions, if you want to make special requests, it doesn't understand or messes it up.

Bojangles is good even though the prices have kind of skyrocketed since the tariffs came out. They must be one on fried chicken! But it is one of my favorite restaurants to go to in a quick pinch because the Supreme tenders are very good! I went to the drive through so I don't really know how the atmosphere is inside.

Worst bojangle I've been to, first there was a line of 3 cars waiting for overdue orders one of the cars covered the window where they serve you, they told me to park that they were going to take me the food after 15 minutes of waiting I entered and they had forgotten to take me the order and for worse they gave it to me without one of the drinks

    1. not a fan at all of the automated order taker... since it's been taking my orders at least 4 to 5 of them, there's been a food error in everyone of them. There has to be 3 employees working to correct the order at the window, mind you, holding up the whole line of cars. How is that better, or more productive? 2. the chicken supremes quality has lowered. don't know why if they got a new supplier, or what's happened but the piece of chicken has a very annoying piece of tenderloin running down the middle and it's very tuff. I can't chew it, I can barely pull it out of the piece of chicken, it's in every supreme piece. 3. sometimes the homemade ranch sauce will be great tasting, but then they will be very flat tasting. Has to be because of who's making it that day. But sure wish it could be good all the time, because it is a great tasting ranch when made right 4. I love the mashed potato n gravy side, but the container is so full of taters there's barely any gravy at all. Since the scoop of potatoes fills the cup, why not give a 2nd container of gravy or come up with another packaging solution? The money paid for food these days, you should at least get a decent portion of it. 5. I was beyond so unhappy with my #12 chicken sandwich only just a day or so ago, there NO pickles, and barely any Mayo. Went thru drive-thru so there was no correcting and fixing it was already 1/2 way home to Gray Court, cost of gas didn't warrant it, but cost of the sandwich did. Drive-thru can be a rip-off in so many ways.
