  Ordered my food 15 minutes ago from the kiosk and the 2 men working the line are on their phones not doing anything. Im the only customer in here. 2pm 5/14/2026

  we had 2 online orders aswell as a mobile order and was in and out of the line in like 5 minutes!!

  Me and my boyfriend came to Taco Bell after a concert we placed a mobile order, once we went through the drive through we were let know that the man working was the only one there. Instead of being frustrated or rude to us he politely let us know it was going to be a wait since he was by himself. He waited about 10 more minutes and then we got our food. All of our items were correct and great! Despite the circumstances he was put into he was so kind to us. Needless to say… he deserves a raise!!

  Coming from a taco bell lover, safe to say we are NEVER coming back to this location. Keep in mind we were one of the only ppl there. I get messing up one or two items, but messing up almost the whole order (7 items) like how? My mom is allergic to chicken and they also put that in her veggie mexican pizza. And then no apology either. The last few messups I didnt even bother to go up to get them redone because I just wanted to get out of there. I would stay far away from this location.

  They make you pull all the way around the building and park every time. Doesn't matter the time of day. And theres no one behind you. They are just padding there numbers for corp, I guess. It's sad when making a number is more important than actually taking care of the customers.
