If you place a mobile order and they don't have what you ordered they will swap it out for whatever the cheapest thing for them is I placed a order for a dozen donuts a few days ago and picked it up and noticed when I got home they wrote on the receipt "sorry we were out of the donuts you wanted" and gave me all glazed donuts and only 2 of the donuts I ordered they never asked me what I wanted instead and they never even told me I had to discover it for myself when I got home

Wonderful experience as soon as you walk through the door. Staff welcomes you to Sumo Doughnuts. There is a large variety of doughnuts. They have doughnuts empty ready to fill with your choice of filling either Boston Crème or Vanilla Frosting. Staff completes your order with smile on their face, and thanks you for shopping at Sumo Doughnuts, look forward to seeing you again.

Sandwiches and donuts were delicious. Had out of town family members and they really enjoyed the food.

These prices are unbeatable for the quality of food you get. Small local place with great food and options of donuts. Their smash burgers are fantastic which start at $6.99!

This is my #1 go-to spot in the south Charlotte area for donuts. I’ve been searching for top tier donuts here for years and am so glad to have found Sumo. The donuts are light and fluffy and the toppings have just the right amount of sweetness. They’re also very affordably priced. Employees are friendly and efficient. I’ve heard the burgers are also great, but I haven’t had a chance to try those yet.
