  Walk in today and was greeted with a big smile and welcome in by Logan at the front. He took our order which we had some modification and he got all of them correct as well making a perfect milkshake. Come to find out it was his first day and we wouldn’t have known by the way he killed it taking our order. He definitely deserve a 5 star.

  If you're looking for a place that absolutely smashes expectations, Smashburger at Kingsley in Fort Mill is it! We stopped in for a burger, but Kimberly served up something even better—genuine kindness. From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a smile that could rival the grill's sizzle. She was attentive, friendly, and made us feel like regulars even though it was our first visit. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious, but Kimberly's customer service was the real smash hit of the day. In a world where good service sometimes feels rare, she absolutely crushed it. If you're in the Fort Mill area and craving a great burger experience, do yourself a favor and head to Smashburger at Kingsley. Ask for Kimberly if she's working—you'll leave with a full stomach and probably a bigger smile than when you arrived. Smashburger? More like "Smile-burger" thanks to Kimberly!

  Came to dine in for the first time for a quick lunch, visiting from York Sc. Ill be honest I was not a fan of the tator tots they had too much oil and rosemary on them, however they were very crispy. The burgers were very juicy and thick. The cashier was very knowledgeable of the menu and even recommended some things to try and what everyones favorites were! Will definitely be back and the experience was lovely, we went around 2 pm so it was not busy and the food was fresh and cooked to order.
