  Ordered a double smash with apple wood bacon, avocado, cheese, mushrooms and regular mayo, fries and coke. Place was nice and clean staff is very professional and friendly. Burger turned out amazing fresh perfectly cooked burger, bacon was also cooked perfectly, avocado was fresh n tasty, mushrooms amazing, bun nice fluffy, fries and coke were good. I'll definitely return and highly recommend.

  Hello We came today for meal to take home. First let me say the food was wonderful and delicious. However, the gentleman taking the orders was complaining about people calling in sick and how difficult it was on him. He took an order from a gentleman in front of us and then we had to wait several minutes until he took our order. Then we waited 20 minutes to receive a portion of our order and then another 7 minutes to receive an our final burger. We only ordered two burgers, fry and a shake. We then had to wait another 7 minutes for a small shake. However, in the meantime a lady and her family waiting 10 minutes on him to take her order. This after we alerted the gentleman she had been waiting for her order to be taken: She told him they had been waiting and decided to go elsewhere to eat. The manager on duty today should have been up front today to help out as well. No one is interested in hearing excuses from a staff member: we like the food but the lack of customer service was concerning.

  Yesterday evening we got stormed on at Carowinds, and I was a little bummed from having to leave early. After all of the walking, swimming, and sweating, I was craving a burger. I looked up burger places and Smashburger was on the way home (we’re 2 hours away.) The wait wasn’t long and our food was made fresh. I was so excited. Unfortunately, my sandwich was missing a couple items but it was no big deal. They were a little busy with online/in-store orders and seemed to be a little under staffed. So I understand. They did a spectacular job. I had walked up to a very kind person named Carrie. I let her know what I was missing and also let her know that, while I wait, I want another order of smashfries (they were so delicious.) I stood and waited in line. I was watching the staff prepare another order and Carrie was bagging the items. When Carrie walked towards me, I was surprised but very grateful. I asked Carrie if this was mine and she thanked me for being so understanding. I couldn’t thank Carrie enough for her kindness and the staff’s willingness to make me an entire meal. Not only was my evening made, my entire day was fulfilled because of Carrie’s gratitude. Thank you again, I will be back!

  Excellent, fast service! Food was deliciousz Andre and Haley were very personable and attentive! We will be back! Love the kids eat free on Wednesdays option too.

  Today me and my close friend Alex came to this SMASH burger location. The service and food were absolutely exquisite, specifically thanks to Logan. He made our experience ten times better, and made it not only mystical, but magical. When I initially entered the building, I was quite intimidated by the menu, but Logan helped speed run the process, only furthering his expertise in SMASH burgering. Additionally, Logan during our meal came out to the table and asked us if we needed anything, upon request he delivered a cup of ranch and a glass of water, both of which enhanced our meals to an even higher level. Logan did this with pleasure and speed. If anyone is thinking about coming to SMASH burger, we could not recommend it enough, especially when Logan is working. Logan deserves a raise and his own executive parking spot.
