  Great atmosphere! Kaleb was extremely kind and often checked in on us to make sure we were doing alright. The food was also great. They also have good options for vegans.

  First time,I have tried SmashBugers my burger was excellent the cashier was friendly my lady was happy with her sandwich as well,ENJOYED are evening thanks again.

  Well, Caleb came over to our table after we sat down and asked us to fill out this review, so here you go. 1 star all around. FOOD: The food was so incredibly greasy it was inedible. The fact of the matter is as they bring your Trey of food over you can visibly see grease drawing onto the floor. We watched another table receive the same situation, which was followed by the couple retuning the food, which was not accepted by the front counter, resulting in the couple throwing the food away and leaving. Our family of 6 spent over 80.00 to have food that was awful at best. This is my first, and only experience that I will have. SERVICE: Caleb was more robotic, in a rush and just wanted to move on to the next person more than he was concerned with saying “Hi”. Well, except for when he asked us to do this review. We received 5 burgers and sides, except for a single hotdog. We waited an additional 10 minutes after receiving the burgers and sides before walking back to the front counter to ask about the hotdog. Caleb gave my wife a pretty big attitude saying they messed it up and it would be a little bit longer. (Mind you this was a plain hotdog with matchup.) I had to go to the counter to ask why she got an attitude and was met with the same, from the woman working in the kitchen. I personally would be embarrassed to work here and be associated with these two employees, who should actually be fired for their actions. ATMOSPHERE: The music wasn’t terrible, you do have to talk over it though, which results in everyone trying to talk over one another. The amount of dripped grease on the dining area floor doesn’t give the impression you are anywhere clean or well kept, which is pretty unappetizing in itself. Overall, you can probably understand where we come up with a 1 star review. If you thing I’m exaggerating about the quality of the food, take a look at the picture and make your own decision. Mine is, to never return to any smash burgers. I’ll save myself the frustration and spend my money somewhere I know I’ll enjoy.

  The Colorado smash in the avocado, bacon ranch stack were amazing. Would definitely recommend coming to Smashburger if you’re looking for some of the best burgers in Huntersville.

  Great burger spot. 🌟Gotta love the Colorado burger with the Brussels sprouts! There shakes are pretty good too 🥤🔥definitely one of the best “fast food” burger spots in the area
