  I came in to pick up a mobile pick up order for lobby however the young teenager in drive thru had a similar order because my order was handed out by mistake. I was speaking with a Hispanic manager who told me my order was already picked up while explaining to her I didn’t pick up my food, a young woman came from the back and told her “a man is in drive thru and said he got the wrong order” the manager immediately started yelling to the top of her lungs at the asian boy. The young woman told her to “ calm down it’s ok” and the “manager” told the young woman “no calm down he gave out the wrong order” and then started yelling in Spanish to her co workers in a hostile tone towards the young boy. It seems like McDonald’s promoted the wrong person for management. I will be contacting corporate, no child or adult should ever be talked to or yelled at the way that manager did to the employees around her, mistakes happen.

  I went to this McDonald’s on 05/08/26 and the two lady’s at the window were very rude. The girl at the first window was rolling her eyes at us. When we announced it to the lady at the second window, she shoved our drinks at us and didn’t say anything about the situation.

  I don’t do kiosk. No one to even acknowledge you at the register. Went elsewhere.

  Very efficient crew. I assume they get a lot of business from Carowinds. Very friendly staff.

  Great friendly Service cashier by name Start was really great upon entering the restaurant lobby. She greeted us and help us with the order. Food was very fresh very prompt Service. Kudos to Starr she even spoke to us in Spanish wow.
