  Terrible location, awful prices, and make sure you tell them 4x what you want because 3x isnt enough. Rude service at speaker and driv thru

  Super rude. My order was made wrong and I politely asked if I could have it redone, I was even willing to pay. The female lady working there, said she would remake it but instead was passive aggressive and put two pounds of lettuce in my wrap which was the missing ingredient in my first order. When she gave us the Sandwhich through the drive thru, we said thank you and she closed the window on us. I didn’t go in and asked for a manager because I was with my children. But super rude and unprofessional. After traveling through for 3 hours, I afterall didn’t eat. Waisted my money and time.

  Just visited Jimmy John’s (only my second time ever!) and I had the BEST experience! The customer service went above and beyond. Robert and Jasmine were absolutely amazing. They helped me order since I’m not super familiar with the menu, and even suggested making it a combo for just a dollar more ,drink and chips included!!! That’s the kind of service I truly appreciate when visiting any establishment! Let’s be honest… a lot of places these days have employees who seem miserable. Not here! These two were a whole vibe. Friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. Because of them, I will definitely be back. Appreciate the great experience so much!

  Standard JJ sandwiches but the staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make sure our family was happy. Thank you!
