  Jennifer was horribly rude to me and my mother on our last trip to food lion. Then we overheard her yelling at employees. Completely unprofessional and uncalled for!

  I don't know if it's this store or all food lions but you can't get use to buying the same products if you want to shop here. The shelves are always half stocked. They run out of the most basic products like milk and not because of a snow or storm warning. They constantly and suddenly just stop carrying products. They started offering a new cereal that I tried and liked. I bought it regularly for about two months then all of a sudden it was gone. I can name at least 10 other products that have gone the same way especially coffee. It took four or five conversations with the store manager and close to a year for them to finally get some hand baskets. Like I mentioned I don't know if all Food Lions are this way or if the issues here are caused by corporate management or store level management.

  It's very convenient on 521, and has a good selection in every department. Their black forest ham from the deli is one of my favorites. Courteous check outs as well.
