- CCCharlotteJun 8, 20265.0I was honestly surprised to see the low overall rating. I’ve been to this Dunkin multiple times and have never had a bad experience. The donuts have always been fresh and delicious, and the staff has consistently been friendly, kind, and helpful. Every visit has been quick and pleasant, and my orders have been accurate. Based on my experiences, this location deserves much more credit than it’s getting. I’ll definitely continue coming back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
- DBDennis BodineMay 20, 20261.0Just so we're clear for the franchise owners - this was Thursday 5/14 around 9:30 AM. 2-3 cars in the drive-thru. Nobody in the lobby. Yet it took way longer than you would expect to get a simple order - bacon/egg/cheese bagel, hash browns and one chocolate donut with no sprinkles. Had to repeat the order 3x to the cashier. She took it once, it was wrong on the screen, she took it again, correct this time. Pull up to the window and no greets you or says anything. She asks me again for the order, I repeated it again. Hands me a bag with the donut - "Here." Then while I'm waiting forever I look inside. There appear to be 3 workers in there - the headset lady that is running around getting things, one other that just looks to be walking around aimlessly, and a heavyset lady in a blue shirt with one arm up on the front counter ON HER PHONE TEXTING. I eventually get the bag with my food and drive home (btw she just handed it out the window, no words). I get home and the bagel is cold. The hash browns look like they were stepped on, my dog wasn't even interested. And the plastic-tasting donut was thrown in the bag icing down....with frickin sprinkles on it. Dunkin Donuts used to mean quality donuts, now it's mediocre everything. Donuts trying to be Krispy Kreme, the rest trying to be Starbucks, no customer service and all of it failing miserably. I won't be back. Kinda surprised this location has lasted the year or so that it has.
