- S8Scat 803Sep 28, 20262.0I ordered a strawberry bagel. Wish I hadn't... after I paid and the lady walked away I realized how filthy the facility is. Within an hour after eating i was vomiting. I suppose the cream cheese was old. This place needs to be visited by an honest health inspector.
- RRrottencujoSep 25, 20261.0I placed an order online to save myself a trip inside the store. After waiting 15 minutes behind one car in line, I decided to park and go inside to get my donuts. It is a clean store and that is the best I have to say about my experience. This is the first time I have been to this store and it will be my last. When I went inside the store, there was one customer waiting in front of me and the clerk was at the drive through window working on the computer with another person working in the back. The clerk at the drive through window didn’t acknowledge anybody was waiting in line inside, just kept working on the computer at the window. The customer in front of me stated she had been waiting for at least 10 minutes to be waited on. After 15 minutes or so of waiting in line, the clerk finally waited on the customer in front of me. While waiting in line, I looked at the donuts that were in the display case and it was apparent the donuts had some age on them, they did not look fresh. While I (wrongfully) expected the order I placed online would be packaged and ready to go at the pick up time I selected, the clerk told me that half of the doughnuts I had ordered for my mixed dozen were not available, and to select other donuts. All of the donuts for my order were pulled from the display case of old donuts. Once I was home and tried the donuts, they tasted every bit as old as they appeared. I should have read all the reviews before going to this establishment because it seems as though what I experienced is a common theme.

Objectively, the coffee tasted alright after a history of tasting very burnt for a long time. Unfortunately, still lacking a little bit - I ordered a large Dunkalatte, but it appears that they made a medium and tried to cover it up with a whole lot of cold foam. I intend to try again and will update my review as I do so.
