  Service is always great, food always tasting good. Never had an issue in the past couple years I’ve been going. Staff is friendly and willing to make sure your bowl/burrito is made right.

  I'm working in the Fort Mill area today and asked someone local about Chipotle. Their response was simple, "Don't go." I still wanted to give the location the benefit of the doubt, but after reading some of the recent reviews, I ultimately decided not to visit. As a manager myself, it's always disappointing to see feedback that points to inconsistent service and poor customer experiences. Good businesses aren't built by chance; they're built through leadership, accountability, training, and teams that care about the customer experience. From one manager to another, I hope the leadership team is able to find and develop leaders who are passionate about customer service, operational excellence, and creating a positive experience for both employees and guests. Strong businesses are built on more than transactions; they are built on consistency, accountability, and people who genuinely care about making a difference. I genuinely hope this location is able to turn things around because every community deserves businesses that take pride in serving their customers.

  So disappointed in Chipotle! The containers of ingredients were close to empty. Our server just scraped the bottom of them, serving an extremely pitiful dinner portion. We each ordered salads- hardly any lettuce. The sour cream was a dribble. Worst Chipotle experience ever. Guess it’s time to look at other options, or at least try a different branch.

  This location is probably the worst location I’ve been to. Always been a big fan chipotle. But everytime I go to this location they skimp out on the amount of food they give you. You want to pay extra for guac don’t worry we will give you a full once for $3. You need to fix your your portion control. We are in fact paying for our food and the employees do not get paid on how much they serve. I don’t have issues with any other Charlotte chipotles.

  This is without a doubt the worst chipotle experience I’ve ever had. I ordered on the app and received a notification that the order is ready in the drive thru lane. I then waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes only to be told our order has not been started yet. When I finally got my order, we were missing two items we paid extra for and the portions were significantly smaller than normal. The worker did not offer a refund despite us not receiving our items. Avoid this chipotle at all costs.
