  every single person there has an attitude or is just plain rude for no reason. Slow at making the burritos and have to rewrap it 3 times for each one. You try to make any kind of conversation with the employees and they treat you like a some weirdo. Fire the whole front of house and replace them.

  Buckle up, this is a long review…Today was my first time ordering from this Chipotle location, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I feel it’s worth sharing so other customers know what they may be walking into. The restaurant itself was extremely dirty and did not appear well maintained, which was concerning before we even got to the food. Unfortunately, the food was even worse. The chips were completely soaked in grease, chewy/stale and inedible. The queso had a strange gritty texture and tasted off. Most concerning was the meat in my son’s kids meal, which had such a strong, unpleasant smell that we did not feel comfortable letting him eat it.We ended up throwing away our entire dinner and ordering food from Sabor Latin Street Grill down the road instead because we simply did not feel comfortable eating what we had received. It’s incredibly disappointing to spend money on dinner for your family only to have to throw the entire meal away and purchase dinner somewhere else. Based on the cleanliness of the restaurant and the quality of the food we received, we will not be returning to this location.

  Truly the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Chips stale and inedible, rice is hard, chicken burnt, lettuce wilted. I have tried over and over to give them another chance because this is the closest location, but clearly they don’t care at all. I have never had a bad experience at another chipotle. There is clearly a management problem and major lack of care. At the very least, the food standards should not change from location to location. If I was the owner of this particular location I would be concerned. There have been multiple posts are local food sites that back up what I have said here.

  We ordered Chipotle through instacart. So they did a shelf pickup. Meaning the employees are responsible for putting the order in the bag incorrectly. And every single one of our items did not have corn or sour cream. All five! If you're out of something cancel the bleeping order!!! They even gave me a side of corn salsa and nachos without the corn salsa. That is about the most downright idiotic thing I have literally ever seen happen from an online order. What in the heck am I going to eat with the nachos?! And on top of it you can't even get to the store to ask them if they have it or do not have it. When I call customer support they say they can't transfer me to the store when I call the store nobody answers voicemail is full this is terrible don't ever use this location save yourselves. Also how hard is it to get stocked on freaking corn it's not like you're growing it in the backyard. Shame on you guys you guys are terrible.

  Dirty and Devious Ordered online 2 months ago. Paid online and the jerk claimed I didn't have an order there he said I must have put it in at the other chipotles. . They go by name. Not the order number. I wasn't about to be out $41.00 so I went back home and got the receipt and copy of the online order. Came back through the drive through and the same guy was already shaking his head "No" he was not going to give me my order I had already decided I was going to call the cops, . This is theft. He wised up and found my order. This was all done on purpose. When you look in the place it's filthy over flowing trash cans and people with gross long fingernails handling food and no glove pants hanging down with butt cracks showing. . They make most of their money from the supposed 5 star Hotel. Most of the people that actually live in FM know this place is awful. LEARN to wrap a burrito! It's not a ball it's a freaking burrito. Never again. Ever. I also complained to the corporate office, but they really just need the Health Dept in there. Not sure if York County has a health department. Just don't do it!
