  I didn’t have to wait very long, even with about 10 people ahead of me, so the line moved pretty quickly. My issue came when I got all the way through ordering and reached the register, only to be told they do not accept cash. There was no sign posted that I saw and no one mentioned it while I was ordering. When I asked the guy at the register where it was posted that they don’t accept cash, he wasn’t very nice or helpful about it either. I completely understand if a location is cashless, but that needs to be clearly communicated before customers wait in line and have their entire order made. The lack of communication combined with the attitude at the register made the experience frustrating and disappointing.

  I have been to this location several times and usually have a good experience. However, after my experience today I will not be returning. Every time I have come before I have gotten a build your own bowl with the lentils, and it’s been great. However, today when I went in with my family and ordered 3 bowls, all with the lentils, something was amiss. As we all started eating, we all experienced the same thing. Each bite felt like a mouthful of pebbles. The lentils were either under cooked, or had been left out for way too long. When I brought it to the attention of one of the associates, Jordan, he was very nice about it. He admitted that they had been left out all day (we were there at dinner time). He went back in the back to speak to the manager, and came back out saying that “lentils are supposed to be hard”. I responded saying they are unpleasantly hard, making it difficult to enjoy our food, and have never been like this before. Jordan then went back into the back to relay the message. I’m not sure why the manager did not come out to speak to their customer directly. Very poor management, in my opinion. With the prices this place charges, I expect to be able to enjoy my meal without fear of breaking my teeth. Jordan was a very kind young man, I am not angry at him. I’m just disappointed in this place as a whole now, and will likely not return.

  Aways so fresh. love the food so many flavors of mediterranean supper good. There dill yogurt dressing is really good thy have a slightly spicy chili crispy chip out now too.
