  Great service, willing to work hand-in-hand with me to sort out my delivery troubles created by DoorDash. Great food is a given here but service was beyond what I’d ever hope for.

  I can’t even begin to describe how impressed I am with Cava in Fort Mill! We were there for the first time, and the manager, Jordan, was incredibly patient and helpful! I’ve heard so much about Cava, and it truly exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be going back!!

  Employees didn’t seem happy. I asked Tyson how much extra avocado would be, and he replied with, “…on the card.” I ended up paying $2.75 for a mediocre serving of brown/bruised avocado 😅. Disappointed.

  I came in 15 mins before closing and wanted fresh falafel. The team members. ( Jordan, Rylan and Logan) in particular didn’t give no attitude but made sure cava lived up to there standards I was grateful with service and how determined they were to make sure I got a satisfying meal thank so much guys.

  I ordered online. Was supposed to be ready at 6:45. Was not ready and they were not making it. They told me they were too busy at 6:55. Manager would not come talk to me. I had to leave because my kids food from a different restaurant was getting cold. I called and they hung up on me. I submitted a report online to get my money back. If they are too busy for online orders, then turn them off. Don't steal my money and act like you would be doing me too big a favor to fulfill my order.
