- LLLNK4 days ago1.0I have never been treated so disrespectfully at a restaurant. All I did was ask for a sauce cup, and an employee’s response was to flip me off. I was stunned. What made the situation even worse was that the general manager witnessed the entire interaction and chose to defend the employee instead of addressing such completely unacceptable behavior. As if that wasn’t enough, I took the time to file a complaint with corporate, expecting at least an acknowledgment or follow-up. Instead, I received absolutely nothing. No response. No apology. No indication that they care about how customers are treated. This experience tells me that disrespect toward customers is either tolerated or ignored at this location. If management won’t hold employees accountable for openly insulting paying customers, there’s no reason to believe they care about customer service at all. I won’t ever return to this Bojangles, and I certainly won’t recommend it to anyone else. There are plenty of restaurants that appreciate their customers and know how to treat people with basic respect.

The employee named charlese was extremely rude and disrespectful from the moment I placed my order in the drive-thru. Instead of helping me, she argued with me over the intercom, spoke to me with an attitude, and made the entire ordering process unnecessarily hostile. When I came inside to address the situation, her behavior only got worse. She continued to be disrespectful, spoke to me in a confrontational manner, and used profanity during our interaction. At no point did she attempt to de-escalate the situation or provide professional customer service. On top of that, her breath had a very strong unpleasant odor while she was speaking to me, which made the interaction even more uncomfortable. Between the arguing, disrespect, profanity, and overall lack of professionalism, I left feeling frustrated and shocked by how poorly I was treated. I understand that customer service jobs can be stressful, but there is no excuse for speaking to customers this way. Management should seriously address the behavior displayed during this interaction because it reflects very poorly on the restaurant

They were out of dirty rice, the receipt machine was not working and I was told they had no biscuits. About then a tray of biscuits came up and I got one but he was about to send me out the door without it. This store has been a problem for years and it has to be the franchise owner. Persistent problems always come from the top.
