I have had issues in the past with Bojangles in the greater Charlotte area. I am a legacy customer going back decades. I probably visited over 20 Bojangles in Charlotte area in the last decade and almost 100% of the time, my food was cold and biscuit not good. I felt like God wanted me to give Bojangles a try for the first time in 4 years. There was a time that I use to eat Bojangles 3-4 times a week in the 90's to the mid 2010's. I am glad, I gave them a try. I want to say I appreciate the new night manager. I came in before 7 PM and the chicken, Fries, and biscuit were all exceptionally fresh, tasty, and cooked to perfection. I ordered a 2 piece dinner and I enjoyed every bite. I am now looking forward to reengaging a long term relationship with Bojangles.
