Not just bad but unpleasant. I'm accustomed to fantastic experiences at Bojangles elsewhere and this location does not live up to the brand.

The fries are never fresh, and on multiple occasions the biscuits have been raw in the middle. The customer service is consistently poor. Staff often seem like they don’t want to be there. Save your time and money.
