I've had nothing but issues with this particular Bojangles. I either stop in on my way to work or on my way home and it's always through the drive thru. They cant get an order right. I ordered a 2 piece breast dinner and was charged correctly but when I got home I had a breast and wing dinner. The receipt showed 2 breasts. The next visit I ordered a 3 piece bone in dinner with pintos and seasoned fries. When I got home I had 3 small chicken strips, no pintos and a bo berry biscuit which I did not request. One morning I stopped through on my way to work and ordered a Cajun filet sandwich. I was told that was a lunch menu item and could not be ordered for breakfast. I had stopped in the previous week and ordered the same thing at the same time which was around 530 am with no problem. It was the same cashier who helped me both times. I live near the airport so it's a 45 minute drive in rush hour traffic so taking the order back was not an option. I called the store regarding the breast and wing dinner and spoke to a manager who told me to come back next visit for the other breast. I told him I would not be back to Fort Mill until the following week. When I did return, he was not there and it was a big production with the drive thru person so I just got my 3 piece bone in dinner and went home only to find out it also was completely wrong. They probably gave me someone else's food. At 14 dollars plus for these dinners, they should be getting them right. I filed a complaint with corporate online and asked to be contacted. I have not heard from a single person. Bojangles is/was my favorite chicken joint. Ill start going to Chik Fil A. Never had an accuracy problem with them. Check your orders before you leave. If I had that many issues, im sure other folks are as well.

Me and my son stopped by for dinner the other evening, and unfortunately it was one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had in a long time. We ordered two Chicken Supremes combo meals, one with a Pepsi and one with a sweet tea, plus Bo-berry biscuits for my son. When we got to the drive-thru window, the employee didn’t greet us or say hello. He simply looked at me and said, “We ain’t got Pepsi.” I said that was fine and asked for Cheerwine instead. There was no apology or basic courtesy. After I paid, I was told to pull forward because the blueberry biscuits weren’t ready. We ended up waiting about 25 minutes. Finally, I had my son go inside to check on the order because no one ever came out or gave us an update. Suddenly our food was “ready.” The Bo-berry biscuits we had waited all that time for were burnt, which made the long wait even more frustrating. To top it all off, the employee who brought the food out appeared impaired, which was concerning. The biggest issue wasn’t even the wait. It was the complete lack of professionalism and customer service. The staff had no manners, no communication, and acted like they didn’t care about the customers at all. A simple greeting, an apology for the wait, or an update would have gone a long way. Management seriously needs to address the staffing and customer service at this location. People are paying good money for their meals and deserve to be treated with basic respect.

They might be the worst to ever do it. Constantly missing items like buns, tomatoes or soda syrup. And they will not tell you. Giving you a cup of carbonated water. Whether or not the club has cheese or bacon on it is an absolute gamble. I didnt even think it came with cheese because that's how many times they've just not put it on there. They will also ring up your order and remove things if it wasn't ordered exactly how they want it to be. Dont want a side? Screw you no more drink because reasons. Its constant problems from them. Just awful at the job. People keep mentioning kids, but no its adults in there too with such entitlement over you just wanting the chicken in the bun.

Very disappointed with my experience at Bojangles tonight. The drive-thru service was horrible, and the employees had extremely rude attitudes over the intercom. I arrived before closing, only to be told that the grill had already been shut down at 9:00 PM even though the restaurant doesn’t close until 10:00 PM. Customers should be able to order from the full menu during posted business hours. The lack of professionalism and poor customer service from the young employees working tonight was unacceptable and very disrespectful. Management needs to address this issue immediately and provide better customer service training because this experience was completely disappointing. ry disappointed with my experience at Bojangles tonight.
