  So the food this Taco Bell is about the norm. I went there the last 3 nights bc it is walking distance from my hotel. The first night, they forgot my “verde” sauce that is supposed to come with my taco. Okay, simple mistake. I mean it is kind of half the reason I get that taco, but it’s fine. 2nd night I got the rolled up cantina quesadilla. It was dang near empty, It was the biggest rip off I have ever got in the last 17 years from a Taco Bell as an adult. (M 37). I was still going to let it slide. Tonight I did not even get to order. I walked up at 10:02, and guess their lobby closes at 10. But it wasn’t closed yet. As I walk up to the door, there is an employee there. He starts locking the door at literally the same time I put by hand on it. And he is twisting that lock as fast as possible. While bracing against the door. I put my hands up to my sides and kind of shrug while talking loudly so he can hear me through the door. “I am just getting one item to-go”. I get no acknowledgment. No, “Sorry, it’s store policy”. Or anything. The Employee just averted his gaze and walked away. This location lost my business forever. And as someone that travels a lot… I guess I’m going to have to reconsider hitting Taco Bells. Are they all like this now?

  I placed my order in store (thought I hit the send button and turns out I didn’t, my fault, used the kiosk). Ordered three quesadillas for me and my partner, one didn’t have cheese. All three were barely cut. Most of my food was cold. Just take the extra drive and go to the one on Irby. Also the gospel music they are playing just does not set the mood.

  Came in to order and waited over 40 min for just one combo. Manager told me he didn’t know why my order was skipped and I’m staring at 4-5 workers who are either not doing anything while on their phones or eating the merchandise they are cooking. The boy who is bagging orders ate a taco (with gloves on) and then wiped his gloves off with a paper towel and continued to use the gloves. Awful.

  FRIENDLIEST Taco Bell ever!! To a person from the gentlemen who greeted us when we walked in to the nice lady stocking condiments all the way to the manager who took care of our order. Thank you for the hospitality and tasty snack!

  Everything was okay till I got to the nuggets nasty brick hard mystery crust like what is this. Whoever said oh yea those are alright should be fired cause that’s disgusting. Wasted money! I mean everything else was fine, but I won’t come back after this.
