  I went into one of the stalls and press the button three different times before I went to the drive-through and waited 15 minutes before I even ordered then I get my order and there’s nothing on my burger but mayonnaise and lettuce which is not what is on the menu board. I’m very unhappy and disappointed with this purchase.

  Ordered a Coney island hot dog should have had mustard and onions, instead it had chili, and cheese which is not the sandwich I ordered. In the bun was stale.It's always a mystery when you hit this place what you end up getting. Therefore I usually avoid it.

  Carhop Kaedon was very polite courteous & patient with Us, as we were ordering our food, and upon delivering Our order, and making sure we had condiments & everything was to our satisfaction before leaving.We were very pleased With Our service & food.

  On 7-17, at 3:35 I placed a mobile order for two sweet teas. When I arrived, I checked in online. After waiting for about 15-20 minutes, I pressed the button to notify staff that I was waiting for awhile. She asked me what I ordered, I said two sweet teas. She says that the order can’t be found. So staff comes out to my car, I showed them were I placed the mobile order, she says ok and that she’ll be right back with my order. I said ok. So I waited and waited. I waited for a total of 15 minutes for another staff member to bring out my order. I tasted the tea, its unsweetened. So this time I got out the car, and walked up to the door, I notified staff that my drinks were unsweetened. She looks at me with attitude. So I waited 10 minutes for her to return with the correct drinks. No apologies or anything. She just says here you go. This Sonic location is horrible. Staff is not friendly at all, and absolutely do not care about getting the orders correctly. This location has permanently lost my business as a customer!!!

  Whoever has been Managing the place lately has been doing a great job. Recently I’ve had nothing but a great experience. Coretta was my drive thru hop today and she was on point! Smiles and all. Sonic Definitely has a good one Old School way all the way
