  I go to sonics around the country on a daily basis. Sometimes several times a day, as I am addicted to their Coca-Cola, this is the absolute worst. Sonic in the entire nation and I do not exaggerate. I always pre-order my drinks and I did so at this location. When I got there, I notified them that I was there and I waited 20 minutes to get my Coca-Cola. And it is the absolute worst Coke. I've ever had the worst part about it. Is there is only two people in the drive through line and one other customer? In the parking lot and everything was flowing. Just fine other than my Coca-Cola.

  Despite having signs advertising bags of ice, I was told they couldn’t sell me any because they were running low. When I offered to come back in a few hours, the employee couldn’t tell me whether they’d have ice then or not — just “I’m not sure.” No offer to check, no estimate, nothing. If you’re going to advertise a product, you should either have it in stock or be able to tell customers when you will. Unfortunately this seems to be par for the course on Irby Street — no effort, no follow-through.

  Food was cold by the time the order got to me but waiting close to 40 minutes for the doordash order (1 burger,1 drink) half way through heard we dont have that drink can you call them and see what they want. 1 carhop is run pure ragged trying to do it all. This place isnt fast , its slow all day everyday and its getting even slower. Give the carhop a raise and send everyone else to the nursing home.

  Waited over 30 mins for 4 small cokes 2 small teas. The guy brought busted drinks on soaking wet trays . Then caught attitude when we told him we wanted different teas and had us wait another 15 mins for watered down tea..
