  My fiancée went in and ordered food and a young male employee asked my fiancée if he wanted him to be his butler I find this completely unacceptable and frankly disrespectful to the company brand. McDonald’s is supposed to be a place for family not to be harassed by employees especially disrespectful comments from employees

  As someone who NEVER EVER writes reviews, doing so now to hopefully save you from wasting valuable time off your life. I am local to this store, so have been here numerous times. I have made the mistake of hoping each time that the experience will be better than the last. The service is at this store is not only obeyond horrific, but unfortunately consistently so. The management here truly has no concept of how to run a business. Highly recommend you go somewhere else, as your time is more valuable than waiting on this crew. Whatever AI or actual personal reponse might appear to this review, it simpy does not justify the level of incompetence at this store.

  The owners came in today and addressed a slip hazard at the primary door which was amazing but then he had to counter all his efforts to make his buisness look good by kicking a homeless person out of the lobby that wasn't presenting any issues! They were sitting their quietly in the corner charging their stuff and not bothering anyone when the owners approached this person and kicked them out for just being their with aggressive threats of calling the police. Over hearing part of the conversation I learned that the particular person had been coming to this location daily to utilize them as a resource entell the owners kicked them out. Very disappointing and very disgusted, the owners haughty and obviously an unempathetical person.

  Constant mistakes or poor quality even on a coffee. Drive through frequently has issues. Probably best to avoid this one.
