- CGChelsea GrantMay 8, 20261.0I placed a mobile order on 5/7/26 for a 25-count glazed Munchkins order at the Dunkin location at 2123 West Evans Street, Florence, SC 29501. However, when I arrived, I was informed that the store did not have enough Munchkins available to complete my order. An alternative selection was offered, but I declined. I requested a refund in-store and was advised to complete the process through the mobile app. I then attempted to call the customer service number provided, but I was unable to reach an assistant or receive assistance through the automated system. I still haven’t received a refund and they refuse to answer the phone at this location.

- CCCelesteApr 13, 20261.0Wow. Husband and I were the only ones inside. Drive thru was busy. I ordered an ice coffee and husband ordered a hot coffee. That’s it!! 5 or so employees wandering about. We waited. And waited. And waited. After about 10 min we asked where are coffees were. The girl that waited on us asked for our receipt. Handed it over and she made two hot coffees. When I told her mine was iced she handed me a cup of ice. Pouring hot coffee over ice only diluted it and melted all the ice. Gross! I went back inside, told the male employee what happened. He made me the correct drink. No apology given. Worse Dunkin experience ever!! And outside seating chair is questionable. Men’s room not available due to being broken. Don’t go here!!!
