- CHCrystal Hermosillo1 day ago1.0Did a pickup order today for two steak burritos. There was barely any pieces of steak in either burrito. I've eaten Chipotle on and off for over 20 years and have never had this experience. Its one thing to portion the meat out, but don't skimp on the portion customers have paid for; especially with how much Chipotle has raised prices over the years.

I’ll leave a picture of my burrito but I walked in and there was 6 people standing around. No one behind the food bar. The portion for my chicken was comical. The way the burrito was rolled was awful. I had to ask for more lettuce three times. Felt like I was eating a soup sandwhich. I asked about the new chicken and the guy just pointed at the sign above him. Chips aren’t salted. Was pretty excited about the location but a better staff who cares is important for success. The lady at cash register was nice tho. Don’t suspect this place will last longer than a year if it remains like this
- VDVicky DSep 3, 20262.0The employees are not friendly and the portion size is atrocious. I was served half a spoon full of chicken & half a spoon full of steak but charged for double meat. I asked what kind of cheese was the shredded cheese. The employee's response was "Idk just shredded cheese." I inquired about brown rice and was told they only serve white rice. I was excited about the new location but I will drive 25 mins past this location to go to the one on the other side of town.
