  I ordered delivery and for $18.00 I received beans and guacamole. I don’t know if they just don’t care, but don’t order from this location. They should be closed down.

  This is the worst chipotle I went too I sorry they were not clean at all I ask a worker did they have something for my bowl he was like no but see him get it for another customer so I was confused and was just horrible in food was not that well

  Everything was fine. Friendly service. Quick. The bathroom could use better cleaning and maybe a slight renovation.

  Food was great, line service was great the lady that checked my friend and i out.. Kimberly? i feel bad for everyone that has to work with her. she is unpleasant, loud and obnoxious. very narcissistic. she messed up and wanted to blame everyone else! was not even busy, but wanted to crash out at the front for literally no reason! other than everyone one else was very nice and sweet! employees that work the same shift as her deserve a raise!

  I'm a regular, literally just got a free entree from all the points accumulated over the past month of eating at Chipotle. I literally eat here at least 3 times a week. I've been eating at Chipotle for 19 years, all across the USA, in over 15 major cities and have been to some really really great locations, and I'll be honest, this is literally the worst one I've ever been to. Hands down. Let me tell you why. For me, it's not the slow service. I order online and pick it up. It's for this reason right here. I have a very thick skin and can deal with difficult, rude people no problem and just sidestep their negativity and let it roll off of my shoulders, but when it's happening to my wife who is kindly picking up my order for me, now we have a problem. This lady right here is singlehandedly responsible for at least 5-6 bad reviews in just the past few months. She's always rude, condescending and has atrocious people skills. She acts like she hates her life, and for some unknown reason to me she is always on the register. That's so stupid. I don't know who is in control of this Chipotle, but you are as mediocre as they come managerial skill-wise. Whoever is the owner, you are also just as stupid for allowing this to continue for as long as you have. You always post some bull crap generic reply to unsatisfied customers and never actually act to make a difference. I would not be shocked at all if Chipotle shut your franchise down due to poor customer approval ratings. 3.2 is genuinely terrible. You would literally solve most of your customer service complaint issues (other than slow service) just by moving this lady to the back, or firing her, and putting someone with a good attitude on the register, but hey, if it's broke don't fix it, right? I'm a very nice guy, and have spent thousands of my hard-earned dollars here over the past 6 months, and I will let a ton of things slide, but when you disrespect my wife, think again. P.S. Owner, do not reply to this with a generic "Sorry! That's definitely not Chipotle's standards we aim for", or some crap like that. How about a genuine human-to-human response? Show me some change here, or I'll be taking my business somewhere else.
