We had to go back inside to have the order corrected, and no one seemed particularly apologetic or concerned. After leaving a second time, my 5-year-old opened her Kids Meal and found there was no toy. When I called, I was told they were out of toys, but no one mentioned that when we ordered or received our food. Mistakes happen, but the combination of the long wait, missing items, lack of communication, and poor customer service made this a frustrating experience—especially while traveling with young children.

The window was slightly more pleasant but still not my standard service I expect at these restaurants. We were on a road trip, with a dog in the car, so we then parked to eat and afterwards took turns going in to use the restroom. I was surprised at the low level of cleanliness at this store and honestly wouldn’t have eaten food from there if I had been inside prior to ordering and eating. It was very dirty- and not “oh we had a busy rush dirty..” This is not standard for this chain… I drive this highway regularly but won’t stop here again.

Food arrived quicker than i expected given the lines for drive thru and order pick ups. Would definitely recommend.

Inside is jammed up, too. Following the CFA way of doing things, it should work. They even had 2 extra people in drive thru just helping to inform the inside of what order the cars were in. Nope - still so slow. But the food was hot and tasty!
