  Party of 3. 1 adult/2 kids under 10, arrived right at 4:30pm. Didn’t get seated until 4:55pm. SAT MYSELF at 4:55pm with permission, after being told no one was able to seat us due to “shift change” they had to wait another 2 minutes before they could assist us, after we already have been standing 30 minutes. Not just that, party of 2 behind us waited roughly 20-25 minutes to be seated. All while we watched an employee during “shift change” assist a walk in with a to-go order. Then 5-8 employees within this 30 minutes literally look and turn their heads and all go sit at a table and giggle; look and laugh. While they had one table with menus, party of 3 adults and multiple children still not served. A party of 2 elderly adults waiting to be checked out. And a party of 2 adults and 3 kids waiting on their food was all that was inside this restaurant from 4:30pm-4:55pm. The service is absolutely down right horrible. Literally, 9 months pregnant and I chose to spend my money with this place of business to get this mess. Not even from Florence and to be treated this way the first impression was not it. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come and sit and eat at this restaurant. I wouldn’t recommend anyone travel to Columbia before I come back to Florence Buffalo Wild Wings. The ignorance from these employees were ridiculous. To not only ignore us, but make us ask 2 different people what’s going on. How long does shift change take. Why are we being ignored? To be looked at, the LEAST you can do is just tell us to have a seat and wait. AT LEAST tell us hey; it’ll be such and such time. But instead this establishment needs new employees, a new system; the whole nine yards because I don’t even do reviews and this tested my patience and my character for real. I’ll never be back. I’ll never waste my time like this again. It’s a shame on me for even trying to give the benefit of the doubt to be let down and look upon as if we were a burden to be assisted. And yet we spend well over 60$. I promise this place doesn’t deserve even that. After reading the rest of these reviews I don’t know why or how things haven’t changed even by the slightest. That’s probably why we walked in on a Saturday, at 4:30 with a dead restaurant. And this tip worthy? These people would be better off finding a new serving job. Also didn’t refill drinks. Didn’t bring silverware for boneless wings. Shitty service. Didn’t leave until after 6:00. Service sucks. Food was cold. Also, to just end with this. My kids couldn’t even use the bathroom because it was so nasty. Pee on the seat, one clogged; and one wouldn’t flush at all.

  Definitely didn’t enjoy my experience on Mothers Day… My family weren’t acknowledged when walking in. Had to wait even tho dining room was completely empty. Finally seated drink orders were taken n that’s all I had chance to enjoy. After about 25-30 min waiting on food it comes out here & there vs all together.. fine finally mines and still messed up my order. Fine I just let my son eat his burger n fries. Let waitress know the issues she mumbled something as she walked off. Bring my same food bk to table returns with my wings drinched in sauce. Was over the meal ask for huge box since I have the sampler she bring 3 small boxes for my BF. He’s over it at this point we ask for help from the lady at the very front of restaurant bc she’s watching and trying help bc she’s noticed the constant shake of the head. We drove over a hr so very disappointing

  We walked in and sat at a table. A server walked past me to drop off an appetizer at the only other table with customers. Then he walked past me again without a word. We sat for 5 minutes then decided to move to the bar where there was a bartender working. We got menus then he left and after 10 more minutes we did too!

  I’m very disappointed with the service at Buffalo Wild Wings. We waited at our table for 30 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. When I asked the bartender if someone was working our section, he responded with an attitude and said, “Just give her a second, she’s the only one working,” before walking off. When the server finally came to our table, she didn't introduce herself but she did however apologize for the wait. My sister asked her if the bar was still serving drinks. She replied and said im not sure, went to get us some drink menus, slid them on the table and walked off. Then she vanished again leaving us sitting there for another 10 minutes. Me and my sister decided to just leave. All my sister wanted was a celebration drink for passing her finals. I understand places get busy and short-staffed. However, we arrived at 10:50pm and was leaving by 11:45pm. Being ignored for that long and then spoken to rudely made the experience frustrating and unprofessional. Customer service and communication could have been handled much better. This was not the first time this happened so we will never be returning to this establishment.

  This place is atrocious!!!! We sat down to basically an empty dining area. 15 minutes later a server comes over. Her name is Chloe. She looked and acted like she had seen a ghost, someone kicked a puppy or she just hated her life. Maybe a combo of all 3. She spoke so quietly we couldn't hear her. And she just walked around like she had no idea where to go or what to do. Just like a lost puppy in the wilderness. We finally ordered food. I ordered a sampler and my husband ordered 10 boneless wings. 30 minutes later my sampler comes out. The ticket says 2:44pm. Chloe says my husband's boneless wings aren't done yet. At 3:11 my husband's wings come out and they are ice cold. The manager rhonda, came to the table and said "what do you want me to do about it? You can ask any other table their food was hot and walked away." 10 minutes go by and we get our check. 14 minutes later and me flagging someone down Chloe finally comes over to take our payment. We finally leave. Walking to my car rhonda walks out with me and says "sorry again" mind you when we got our bill Nothing was comped. So $41 later with nasty cold food she finally apologizes. We won't be back and will warn anyone around to stay away.
