  Great service and very friendly staff. Prices are very high for a coffee, but they sent out coupons since it just opened and that helps make the prices more manageable.

  We come every day for our daily "fix!" The staff are all very friendly and helpful. We recommend the iced peppermint tea and the hot pumpkin roll chai latte! *Warning* this place can be addicting!! Lines can be long during busy times but usually move quickly.

  Very pleasurable experience! Amazing coffee, fast and smooth service, and fabulous employees . Everyone I’ve encountered has been so nice and attentive. Great music choices too!

  I know y'all have just opened trying to work out your kinks I've gone to the ones down at the beach for years. Sunday was my second time there. I order the person shake that was with me and then I was trying to find the one I wanted and order it but I get kept getting told pull up then I got close to the music speaker and it was so loud I couldn't even concentrate or think about what I wanted to order the music was just blaring so loud. So I decided not to even order mine . And when we got the other one nobody wipe the cup off nobody tried to wipe it off the stuff was dripping off of it

  I almost never leave a negative review, but this experience was so exceptionally bad that I felt compelled to say something. I waited 30 minutes in the drive-through for two drinks, one coffee and one soda. After all that time, both drinks were wrong. Not one item in a simple two-drink order was made correctly. The level of disorganization was honestly astonishing. The employees were friendly, but that is the only positive thing I can say. Perhaps if less time were spent having extended conversations with every customer and more attention were paid to making and handing out the correct drinks, the line would actually move. I had already waited so long that I did not have time to ask them to remake everything. No one should have to budget an entire hour to get two drinks from a coffee drive-through. To make matters worse, even the coffee I received by mistake tasted horrible. McDonald’s coffee is better, and that is saying a lot. I will never return to this location, and I strongly recommend that others save their time and money by going somewhere else. After this experience, I genuinely do not understand where all these five-star reviews are coming from.
