Until a few years ago, the food was always freshly cooked, seasoned, etc., I've given them benefit of the doubt and patroned them numerous times and was disappointed more with each visit. My last visit, I ordered the chicken supreme and got what looked like hard crisp chicken nuggets with about 6 over cooked thin French fries. Twelve dollars wasted. I couldn't even chew ir. I didn't bother about taking it back or calling management because when I did prior, the woman manager was so rude that I asked for a refund. No more chances. Zero stars! Go to the 601 location Bojangles. They're much better.

- WDWendy DoironJun 27, 20261.0Went through the drive-thru. Ordered $55.68 of biscuits, bo-rounds, and fries. Paid, and was told to pull up waiting on fries and bo-rounds. Car after car after car received their orders and drove around me. FINALLY, over 20 minutes later, pulled into a parking space and they finally brought it out to me as I was headed into the store. Got home (literally 2 miles down the road) food was cold, fries were soggy, and I was shorted an order of bo-rounds. My food and sat inside the store getting cold instead of someone bringing it out to me. Waste of my money and my time. Worst part is, they did not give me a receipt. So, I have no proof of timing or anything. I don't have an order number to request a refund on the corporate site. I've repeatedly called the store, and they won't answer their phone. They totally screwed me. I will NEVER return to this horrible store. I've had other bad experiences, but I think is the straw that broke the camel's back! UPDATE: Was so frustrated no one was answering the phone, so I drove back up there and spoke to the manager to obtain the receipt so I could request a refund through the corporate site. The manager ended up remaking the full order fresh, providing an extra bo-rounds, and up-sizing the sides. She also provided the GM's phone number which she hasn't answer as of yet and her voicemail box is full. However, I didn't receive a receipt either.
