The chicken was overcooked, with some pieces even burned. While that's better than undercooked, it still wasn't enjoyable. The gravy had spilled all over the box before I received my order, and no one made an effort to replace it. I also didn't receive the condiments I specifically requested, and the overall customer service was virtually nonexistent. After multiple unsatisfactory visits, I hope the restaurant takes these issues seriously and improves both the quality of the food and the customer experience.

The fries are old and cold. and there’s also an extra fry in the bag child size that doesn’t belong there. they said they had to cook the chicken which would be 10 minutes which took more than 20 and they slapped everything together disgustingly Sloppy !!! I am so perturbed I’ve never complain. This is horrible. !!! This is not the first time either the last time I got chicken from you guys. It was burnt. I’m done!!! get on the ball. Get some management going and maybe you’ll get better.
