The fries are old and cold. and there’s also an extra fry in the bag child size that doesn’t belong there. they said they had to cook the chicken which would be 10 minutes which took more than 20 and they slapped everything together disgustingly Sloppy !!! I am so perturbed I’ve never complain. This is horrible. !!! This is not the first time either the last time I got chicken from you guys. It was burnt. I’m done!!! get on the ball. Get some management going and maybe you’ll get better.

Probably no fault of the young woman but a better reply would have been "this is Bojangles, it's all a little spicy". Maybe a little more training would help?? This business is in an older building, which probably has lower overhead costs. So putting a little money back into maintenance wouldn't hurt. Broken floor tiles and the many ceiling stains are not appealing. Workers are pleasant enough, but not all appear happy to be here. Service is very good and food is okay, although it was not real fresh. I've been to many other Bojangles and the standards are different in every store. I visited here late on the 4th of July evening, so maybe they just didn't have a lot of business to keep everything fresh. We will go back again, it should be better.
