  Very very rude!!!!! While trying to order and was cut off by the cashier, she just kept cutting me off! Like she had somewhere else to be! Then the worse part is she said yea yea yea while trying to tell her what sauce I wanted for my child’s tenders! I will never support this place again, if that is how you treat paying customers. Get your rude staff under control or you will continue to lose business. Several were outside smoking while taking orders then going in to handle food without washing as well. This was 08/14/26 at 9:00 pm

  Normally they are pretty good when it comes to service. However when we went tonight for dinner that changed. They said they were out of all of their drink options except for two and who ever the lady was that took our order had an attitude with us especially after it took us a minute to decide on if we wanted one of the only two drink options or get a shake instead. We felt rushed and were on the verge or just leaving before paying and going some where else due to the service.

  This location is consistently terrible. I’ve come here several times and the drive through is completely silent. Nobody will answer you and then you drive up to the window and they give you attitude for asking for food… I would be ashamed to be the manager of this business.

  Been to this location multiple times and every single time there was a problem. Last time was our burgers were completely wrong. This time we just order drinks, paid almost $8 for a medium shake and it’s not even filled to the top or even close to it and then there’s peanut butter in it even though we did not want peanut butter ??? Thank god we’re not allergic. That’s actually super concerning you have employees just throwing ingredients in peoples food without a care in the world. It’s really not hard to hire competent people that can read orders and not be lazy. It’s so unfortunate that this is one of the closest sonics because the one in Greer is so much better but yknow we shouldn’t have to drive 45 minutes for better service. Oh and I love how when my husband made a review 4 months ago you guys haven’t replied but you’ve replied to other reviews.

  The lady that took our order tonight was rude and awful and I had to repeat myself 3 times and she still got my order wrong waste of time and money will never be going back to this location again they either need to shut down until they get better help or start getting better help and firing people how hard is it to understand when u say large fries 3 times it means large fries and yet still got charged for 2 large fries and only got 1 large fries and I wouldn’t even call it small fries more like mini fries a lot of us work hard for our money and wanna go out somewhere for a change and people wanna ruin it by being disrespectful what a shame if I could give no stars this would be a place that got zero stars do better or don’t even try
