  I had an online order that was place 30 min prior to arriving. When I get there they tell me it’s going to be 10-15 min. I waited and when I got my order the girl tells me they ran out of normal queso and just gave me spicy queso without asking me if wanted that.

  I went there for the first time today. I was really excited about it. I asked a simple question about the pricing and the guy next to the guy that was helping me (tall white guy with long hair)started shaking his head and rolling his eyes at the guy helping me. It was a simple question. You don't have to be disrespectful to the customers for asking a question. I asked to speak to the manager and the manager just walked away without an apology or anything. Just walked away as i was explaining the situation. They are very disrespectful and unprofessional. I almost never complain or leave negative reviews but i don't tolerate disrespect. I won't be back.

  Food was great. Wished they had quac available when I came in. Fairly priced not terribly crowded on a Sunday. Hospitality felt transactional so it wasn't a wow factor for me. I'd still come back for the food

  We ordered 2 bowls and 1 burrito. The chicken in the burrito was so hard and chard is was inedible. My vegetarian bowl had black crispy flakes all throughout it ... seemed like metal?? Not sure. I also had an avocado shell in my food. The pork bowl had the unidentified black crispy bits all throughout it as well. We nicely asked for a refund. Tia, the manager should not be the manager. She offered no apology for a freaking avocado shell being in my food or anything else. She called Andre and he told her to only refund us for 1 bowl and the burrito. Tia could offer no insight as to why. Tia told us it was our problem... we'd have to figure it out. Told us we could come back on Thursday and talk to Kyle at 10am. When asked for a corporate number she could not provide one. Her excuse as to why she couldn't give us a full refund or a corporate number was because she didn't know, they've only been open 3 weeks. She has poor management skills... poor attitude, poor communication skills. The oldest male employee there also yelled to get the hell out of the store. Kyle, I want my refund!

  QDOBA in Easley please do better no way yall let them folks think it’s okay to scrape a burnt pan of rice and think it’s okay to serve,&when I say burnt buddy had to put in arm work and was gonna try to make two bowls off of it,we asked was it any fresh rice he goes to say yes but still scraping the pan of burnt rice! So yeah as that being my first time will prolly be the last as well! Went straight to Chipotle Mexican Grill and told them bout yall cause they would never ! 😘
