I would go to Chipotle or even Moe's before I go here. The ingredients tasted low quality and weren't very warm. The quantity of the ingredients was also low, most of my burrito tasted like tortilla. The tequila lime steak in my wife's burrito bowl was mostly fatty and did not taste like tequila or lime, or spicy. The workers, despite the restaurant being brand new, did not have much enthusiasm at all, didn't seem happy to be there, and were very confused. The inside of the restaurant felt sticky and unclean, and not comfortable. The line was very long and it took a while to receive our food, but I am not factoring that into this review, since the establishment is new and I think the main reason for that was customers not knowing what they could choose/wanted. It was also very expensive for the size of the portions.

First time trying this chain. Long line. The staff was very sweet but they seemed unstaffed. They were out of brown rice, out of queso and when they needed to refill it slowed the line down a lot cause there was no runner helping keep the food stocked. There is no staff in the dining area to clean tables and sweep up and restock lids, condiments etc. the food was good but the tortilla chips are chewy instead of crunchy. I think they have great potential but need more staff to help keep up with food stock and keeping the dining area cleaned and sanitized

Food wasn’t that bad. My wife got there Friday evening for the $8 burritos. She made line and everything went smoothly up until she got to the check out. This older African American lady that was checking her out was very rude to her for no reason. My wife was next in line and apparently the people in front of us payment didn’t go through,so she looks at my wife and Points very rude that she needs to move to the side so she can get them checked out. But not once’s did she verbally asked her to move like a grown person would do to another. When asked about the burrito special she made this nasty face saying she didn’t know what we were talking about. We pulled it up on the phone and showed her. You would think since it’s opening week everyone would be in their best behavior but I guess not.

I had a great experience at the new Qdoba in Easley! The grand opening went incredibly smoothly, especially considering how busy it was. The management team did an amazing job keeping everything organized and making sure customers felt extremely welcomed! Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and had a positive attitude from the moment I walked in. The food looked incredibly fresh, and everything I ordered was delicious and made perfectly. You can tell the staff really cares about providing a great experience!!! Congratulations on the successful grand opening! I can’t wait to come back and make this one of my regular lunch spots. Wishing the entire team continued success! 🎉

Easley has stepped it up with this wonderful new restaurant option! Had the pleasure of attending the soft opening. What a pleasant experience being greeted by Dimitri, along with Ruthie who encouraged made me feel like I was already a regular as she closed my transition at the register. Food was delicious! I look forward to coming here very soon!
