  Sat in the drive thru for ten minutes without anyone acknowledging me for my pick up order. I went inside and still got ignored until I had to raise my voice to get someone’s attention. They proceeded to act confused and were genuinely incompetent.

  i enjoy the pizza i get from this location I usually pick it up myself (not delivery) the lady who runs it is very kind

  I pre-ordered the day before to feed lunch to a facility of people with special needs. My order was scheduled to be ready at 10:30 am as I was told that this was the earliest it could be ready. I arrived at the store a little after 11:00 and they had not even started on my order. I had to tell them to start on it. The staff was rude and they did not offer my company any compensation. Our members had to eat lunch an hour late which also made them an hour late getting home. Their families were very upset. I will never order from this Pizza Hut again and will not order from any Pizza Hut when it really matters that I get my order on time.

  HORRIBLE service.... so disappointed. Not only was the workers over worked under staff, the place smelled horrible, people were waiting over 45 mintues and still hadnt had their pizzas cooked. I do not recommend going there unless yoh want to wait all day.... Disappointed because pizza hut is our favorite pizza.
