  Terrible Pizza Hut. Don’t waste your time or money here. It might as well be considered a scam business. The employees are so incompetent and seem clueless. Like they have no ambition or haven’t been trained at all. We waited on or food to be delivered for hours. Every time we call they would tell us something different, literally lying to us after we spent over $50. I had to eventually go in person and then wait more for them to get my order wrong. This Pizza Hut is so bad.

  I would give them a 0 rating if possible. Spent money expecting the good pizza they use to have, but no more. Pizza was pitaful. No red sauce,what few pepperoni was burnt. I don't know how they stay in buisness. Nothing like it use to be. I miss the supreme and salad bar.

  It's ok for a cheap pizza 🍕 Not great but I wouldn't tell someone Not to go there.

  I had never ordered from Pizza Hut in Easley. On 6-15-26, I ordered personal pan pizza and breadsticks. The first thing I noticed is the vegetables were not fresh. They were brown around the edges. The vegetables were soft like they were going bad. I took one bite, disgusting. I threw away. I thought surely the breadsticks would be OK. I opened the breadsticks and you could tell from looking at them that something wasn’t right. They weren’t fresh and fluffy like breadsticks are when you get them fresh. They were as hard as a rock. They were very difficult to tear apart, tough like they’ve been reheated and left in the microwave too long. I threw everything away. I wasn’t going to take a chance of getting food poisoning. I would like a full refund as this food was not fit to eat.

  Simply disgraceful!! New employees, shift leaders and management is highly recommended for this store! Every time I order whether it is Carry-out or Delivery the order is “mixed-up” and “I got someone else’s order”. Tonight, 06/15/2026 will be my last time purchasing ANYTHING from this piZza hut location!!!! How dare you give me the wrong order then tell me there’s nothing you can do about it because the ovens are off????? How hard is it to look at a screen and correctly make a freaking order?!?!? The lack of sincerity and empathy is distasteful and not deserving of ANYONES business! Do better because i’m tired of spending money here and no one is doing their job correctly!!!! They need a serious revision from corporate here!!!!!
