- TNTracy NAug 14, 20261.0I usually go to Starbucks but thought I’d try a latte here today. I ordered a sugar free vanilla latte with extra sf syrup. He asked if I wanted cream and sugar. I said you may not have heard but I ordered a SF vanilla latte? I got to the window, paid and tasted before leaving the window. There was no sweetener at all. I asked for more sugar free syrup. The employee became hostile and told me it was not syrup because it had no sugar. He wanted to argue and I asked why he felt the need to be so hostile? He said because I can! I went into the store for a refund at which time he was saying he would call the police to have me trespassed among other things I could not hear. He said “I didn’t stutter.” I hope this store records at the window. I will never make the mistake of stopping here again and hope others will beware. Ed

My drink wasn’t made right I get it I worked at Dunkin over a year customers can be difficult sometimes but that’s not us only thing I ask is please stop asking me for a tip until I can see what my drinks look like paying that much then to tip yall like I should for you to do us like you did today is a slap in the face. Your customers pays you your check remember that without us you wouldn’t have a job. I do need to send a shout out to the older lady with brown hair and the Hispanic girl thank you for always treating us right and giving us service like you would like to have. All that being said if you don’t wanna serve the community please find a job elsewhere.

It’s never made the same way, and the employees just seem like they hate their job. The donuts usually cease to exist more often than not. The lobby will be closed on multiple occasions also..
- MCMary ClarkJul 11, 20261.0Went around 12:00 noon. Only wanted boston cream. So I've been to 3 locations at various times and none of them have Boston cream ! Some of the locations didn't have any doughnuts ! So I'm told they no longer make doughnuts on sight. My thing is if your stores are consistently running out of doughnuts why are you not ordering more? With this location I simply asked why they were always out of Boston cream. The young girl taking orders at the drive thru actually told me to drive to another location and thought my question was rather funny !! Laughing at me !! She continued to laugh when I asked what was so funny...The manger came on and shut down the conversation when I said corporate would be called. Not a good experience. So I don't recommend this or any location !! I recommend going to Krispy Kreme they always have a variety and are not rude !!
