- GCGregg CicchettoOct 2, 20261.0This is by far the worst Dunkin I've ever visited. Today I submitted a mobile order and that was the only normal process I experienced. I arrived shortly after placing the order and the line of cars went around the building. I decided to go inside to pick up my order but the staff had locked all the entrance doors, so I had to get back in my car and join the line of cars. A couple of older gentlemen were sitting outside and said the doors were open just a few minutes prior because they had been inside. During my wait in the car line I observed several would be customers walk up to the locked doors, look around confused, and then leave without recieving service. It took 25 minutes from the time I joined the line until I made it to the drive thru window. And then I waited another couple minutes until somebody came to the window to ask me about my order. At this point I observed they had reopened the doors because there were customers inside. The girl at the window didn't apologize for the ridiculous delay and had to make my order, even though I had ordered ahead. Needless to say I will never patronize this Dunkin again and will go to Starbucks. This business has some serious customer service issues and employee attitude and performance probelms that need to be addressed. Take your business elsewhere unless you have time to waste...

Do not care about the customers, not that a lot of places do but at least they fake it, not here though. Also it is a terrible location. If you love the coffee by all means go. But it’s not worth the headache of wrong orders and poor service.

I was also one wanted to order 4 of the same donut for my dozen and the employee told me I couldn’t do that. I asked why not and she said in case someone came later and wanted one. I said but I’m here now and want it now and am paying for it now. How does that make sense, how do you this mythical person will be here later when I’m here now asking for it.

- TTTaytumAug 31, 20261.0Several times now have I come to the drive through after 5pm and there is the same guy working but either nothing is available or it’s closed. This confuses me because it says online that they are open until 7pm. I never complain but this has become a common occurrence. I came today(31 August 2026) at around 5:30pm and there was nobody at the drive through window and the inside was closed and chairs put away. I saw a car in the parking lot and I am assuming it is the same guy I’ve had problems with before. Very frustrated!
