  Our food was fine but in the drive thru the girl was loud and snappy. Then when I got up to the window the girl essentially tossed my food at me. When I checked the bag I noticed she hadn’t put out sauces or straws in there so I patiently waited for her to come back to the window. On her way back to the window I hear her yell through the window “oh my god!!” And when she was getting that for me I heard her yelling again. After I got my things I was no longer so polite and said “you know people can hear you being loud and rude through the window!” She responded “yeah that’s ok” and rolled her eyes. She doesn’t need to have a job in customer service! If you go here and the drive thru girl has curly red hair, and a bad attitude, good luck.

  Joseph did an outstanding job handling my food. His customer service is top notch and should be celebrated. Arbys is lucky to have this young man!
