  A recent stop here was beyond disappointing! The burger bun was incredibly stale! The fries were cold! I understand why this business is in trouble!

  This was our first time trying Whataburger out in Duncan SC. My wife went through drive through. She ordered two bacon cheeseburgers with one small fries and drink. The people there made her wait for her order which was strange because all the other cars behind her were getting their food and leaving. Finally she got her order - the fries were barely warm and soggy and the burgers were not good either. Will not be coming back- take your money and buy yourself a better burger and experience else where.

  I’m leaving this review regarding the customer service my husband and I received in the Whataburger drive-thru on 08/30/2026 While making our purchase, my husband requested spicy ketchup and mayonnaise packets with our order. The cashier, (Z*****a D), acknowledged the request and stated that they would be placed in the bag. When we received our food, I noticed that neither the spicy ketchup nor the mayonnaise packets were included. I politely asked again, “May I please have some spicy ketchup and mayonnaise packets?” The response I received was, “You want both spicy ketchup and mayo packets?” The tone and manner in which it was said made a very simple request feel as though it was an inconvenience. We had purchased two meals, yet we were ultimately given only two spicy ketchups and one mayonnaise packet. My concern is not simply about the number of condiment packets it is about the customer service and attitude surrounding a reasonable request. As a business owner myself and a parent, I understand that younger employees are still developing important workplace and customer service skills. I believe those skills should be encouraged and reinforced by management. Customers should be treated courteously and should not feel uncomfortable for politely asking for items that were already requested with their meals. I hope management uses this feedback constructively and provides additional guidance on professionalism, communication, and customer service moving forward.
