  Witneesed them using their bare hands to make the burgers. Some might not care but id prefer them to use gloves! Young lady at the window was polite.

  The girl at the window needs a raise. She was running around doing a lot of unfortunately not her fault but my order took 18 minutes for the $7 combo. Ice cream had already melted at that point. The young lady at the window should be running the place.

  I ordered through the mobile app. My order consisted of: 1 sonic double smasher cheeseburger, 1 All American bacon double masher, 1 Baja crispy tender wrap, 1 Crispy tender garlic parm wrap, and an medium size onion rings. I had to wait awhile long time for my order. The young man who delivered my food did apologize. The bottom bun for my smasher with bacon was toasted a little bit long. The bottom bun was a bit hard and not soft like the top bun. Some of my onion rings were overcooked. They forgot to give me both of my chicken wraps. They’re both paid too. I filled a customer service survey and awaiting for someone to contact me. I will post an update once I get a response. I’m back with an update. About 15 mins later I was contacted by the Area Supervisor. They were empathetic and concerned about my experience. My issue was corrected. I will definitely return to this location.
