  Management... teach these kids how to put a lid on teach adult lessons. Termination for failure to do the job. I mean this with all due respect. 5th time my milkshake lid was off. At some point we either teach or suffer the consequences.

  I’ve lived in Duncan for over 20 years. Service has always been extremely slow even with no line. And you’d think after you’ve waited so long the orders would atleast be correct…nope. Then you waste more time waiting for them to fix the order as they’re still going SLOW. The workers have never been mindful of the customer’s time at this location. I’m always behind on time trying to get to work when I come here even when I decide to leave earlier specifically to wait. I mean, it’s been such a disappointment for so long. It’s never that hard to throw some cheese sticks and a couple marinara sauces in bag. Very lazy, and very sloppy. Why am I being handed a bright green drink when I ordered a dragon fruit refresher?Somebody needs to seriously come talk to them and train them, they are horrible everytime.
