    Ticket number 1986 ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese tonight and was very unpleasantly surprised to find out that both of the patties were pretty much completely raw and cold on the inside absolutely disgusting there is absolutely no reason for this to be the case

    i ordered 2 McChickens with lettuce, no mayo , add pickles and ketchup . they both came with no lettuce and the chicken was hours old . i also ordered a basket of fries and they were cold and not fresh , i asked for extra salt and there’s no salt .

    People just don't have any good manners anymore I would appreciate someone that treats me with respect no matter where we are... If I had a restaurant or any business, I would make sure that I employ people that had social graces because it's important for return business I would rather pay a little more to make a little more in order for someone to try Harder ...you have to give them some incentive to work, other than less than minimum wage... It would be more important to me to have a good team that was happy to come to work rather than someone just to feel space and ruin my customer service

    Ordered food in drive-thru, as I began to pull off I noticed my order was wrong on the screen. I backed up and said excuse me to rectify the issue and the young woman said “what’s up” in a unpolite manner. I could tell the manager stepped in and took over the mic and had better customer service skills. I hope these kids learn manners!

    The Case of the Mysterious Missing Sandwich. We opted to order from the mobile app and have dinner at a table. Spirits high, we were going to enjoy a night of not cooking and it was exciting. The restaurant was clean but quite cold inside and there was ample seating as it wasn't too busy. Doordashers flitting in and out and a few cars in the drive through. Calm for fast food and no rush in sight. When food arrived we immediately noted a sandwich was missing and made sure to communicate it to the server. She brought another person out and they said something about looking into it. Twenty minutes and as everyone with a meal was concluding one in our party was still waiting. Watching with the eyes of the forgotten, wondering if they would be doomed to starve and wither away to nothingness. She finally went to inquire and was told we'd been given all of our food and nothing was missing. False! At this point another of our party, one whom doesn't handle confrontation well and usually sits silently rather than risking such frightening enciunters fiund their courage and went to also inform them that the sandwich was missing. Had never been. The terrified party member stood their ground knowing the other party member wss even worse in these situations and may have opted to sit quickly and eat at home inspire of paying for the item. We'd all been under the impression they were working to fix it. Foolish of us to make such an assumption it seemed but maybe now. Maybe.. But then, the manager said they don't want to give out free food, which, fair. However! We had paid for the missing sandwhich. We hadn't signed up for a mystery party or to be accused of nefarious deeds. We simply wanted what we had purchased as that is how these interactions go. None of us give people money just for the fun of it. The manager next said they'd check cameras. Our party offered for them to check the boxes on the table as well. Cameras they repeated Go ahead, none of us had left the table and if they counted items they'd find the a missing sandwich and they'd see the party member sitting and watching everyone eat while dreaming of their meal and wondering what it would taste like. After a bit more time the sandwich appeared! There was no acknowledgement of any of the complications. No apologies. Zero accountability. The largest issue was the lack of communication and cooperation between those preparing the meal and us. Communication is necessary and rather than resolving the issue quickly it took more than forty minutes from start to end with much pondering and tensions rising. The stress incurred was enough for us to agree that we wont be returning to this location any time soon as it's not worth the frustration. The restaurant is certainly equipped for door dash orders so that they don't have to interact with anything more than a screen. However, for dine in there are better options near by and the cost is roughly the same.
