  I love this location, it is always clean, the food is great!!. I went in last Wednesday afternoon, they messed up my order & I went inside. I told the manager what happened and he got mad at me like it was my fault?! I asked for his name and he said it was Edward. I was very disappointed because I love coming here, he made me not even want to waste money here anymore!! They need to get better staff that’s not in a hissy fit & that’ll be more professional about things.

  I use to enjoy this location since I live in the area but here lately it doesn’t matter what time I come they are out of lettuce wraps. The other JJ locations I go too are always stocked. I’ve never experienced this ever. I suggest you keep an overflow and stop disappointing customers that choose to eat alternatively. And the staff taking the order over the intercom are rude!!! Do Better asap

  Even though the toaster wasn't working, they were very apologetic about it. The two girls that were working were very sweet and we had a nice conversation. I'll definitely be back.

  Food is fine but service needs attention. I call in to get the order Prepare to certain way and it's never right there attention the detail sucks!
