Great customer service! I have never had an issue with my order and everything seems to be made correctly and served with A smile.

The coffee is always great, customer service is top tier but the car line SUCKS. I have never waited so long for coffee anywhere else but here. There were 4 cars in front of me and it’s over 15 minutes. That’s the only thing I cannot seem to get behind!

I’m so sad, I love Dutch bros, have been going to them in Oregon, was so happy to have one here and our drinks were horrible! Taste like milk no flavor and they redid 1 of our drinks and still same non flavored drink.

My coffee was really good but the service was even better. Everyone was so happy and genuinely friendly. The service made the whole experience! I haven’t been to Dutch Bros in years and was grateful that the person taking my order took the time to help me pick out the right drink for me. Haha

My son waited in line behind three cars for 25 minutes, only to receive the wrong drink. He ordered an Eclipse Black Tea, which should be dark blue with a purple berry drizzle layered on top or mixed along the side. I’ve attached a picture of the drink he received. I hope the management team can provide additional training to ensure staff are able to serve customers efficiently while also paying close attention to order details. Scooters Coffee does a great job of being both quick and accurate, and I hope your team can provide the same level of service.
