- JJJason6 days ago4.0I love chipotle! I am on a protein Gold diet and I can always get mega protein bowls here I always get double portions of the meat half brown rice and both kinds of Beans. Add the corn salsa and the pico de gallo some lettuce and a Sprinkle of cheese and you are in business!!!
- DTDeAnna TheakerJun 27, 20261.0I have contacted Chipotle support online about this, but I ordered 3 veggie bowls (online) there last night and when we opened the lid the guacamole was brown, not a little bit of oxidation brown but looked like it had been made the day before with no lime juice and sat out for 2 days brown. Never seen guacamole look that disgusting. Asked them to remake our bowls, they did and it was still bad. We finally said never mind we don't want them at all, didn't eat any of it, and asked for a refund and they refused because we ordered online. So essentially, they took close to $40 from me, wanted me to eat their rotten food and since we didn't they just kept my money. Will not go back to this location at all. If they are willing to serve guacamole that looked this horrible I wouldn't trust the way the handle and prepare the rest of their food. I will go somewhere else. Was glad to have a chipotle close to us, but if I want Chipotle I will drive 20 minutes to the next closest one before I go back to this one.

The kitchen area was so dirty that i decided i was NOT going to try that Burrito, the prep area was full of old rice, beans and leftovers, it was unappealing. My husband continued ordering, the chicken was dry and burnt, the beans seemed old and dry, anyway all seemed not fresh. I don’t trust the food prep nor the cleanliness of the restaurant. I don’t think I would return to this place that seems unsupervised and with zero knowledge of food quality.
- JJJJJun 14, 20265.0Luis. What a great man Luis was to me and my buddy Tyler. We came through on a Sunday night at about 9:30 and they were closed but Luis told us order online and “he got us”. He did not disappoint. Whoever’s running this site should give that man a raise immediately! Amazing stand up guy who loves helping the community and I couldn’t be more grateful to have him serve me. I will be back and asking for Luis more. If you’re in the area ask for him, he will not disappoint!!!

Both times I went there was no salad dressing, the guac was brown, and the salad wasn’t salad-ing… it was almost as if they took the last bits out of a bag and threw them in my salad…. I’m over it. Chipotle either you need new management or new workers. Please get it together.
